RollTide1126 reacted to rrmccabe in Total Interior Detailer vs. Leather & Interior Cleaner
As mentioned above. They are totally different products. I started the same way you did. However the Total Interior detailer basically only light dirt and is mainly for touch ups and dusting.
The Leather and interior cleaner is a strong cleaner that will remove grime and get it ready for conditioner.
Both the Leather cleaner and conditioner works great on plastics and is really what you want to start with.

RollTide1126 reacted to sahls01gmc in Total Interior Detailer vs. Leather & Interior Cleaner
Leather & Interior Cleaner is for deep cleaning, and Total Interior Detailer is for "Maintenance" wipe downs. The Detailer has a matte finish. The Cleaner is typically followed up with the Leather Conditioner.

My daily driver is an Impala (company car). But on the weekends I explore in my '05 Jeep LJ.

Hi, my name is Mike and I'm from Ladera Ranch, California and like all of you I'm obsessed with auto detailing. I've always kept my cars in immaculate condition and have recently been introduced to Adam's products by a friend. Since using these products, I believe they are the best cleaning and polishing products I have ever used! I look forward to sharing my detailing experiences as well as learning from all of you. Here is my wife's '11 Chevrolet Surburban I just cleaned yesterday using Adam's Rinseless Wash in a spray bottle (16:1) and some double soft towels. Even though we are in one of California's worst droughts, I will not be deterred from washing my cars. Thanks to this product I can wash my car regularly while at the same time conserve a little H2O.

Welcome Mike.
Great start using diluted Rinseless to perform the cleaning process, as it adds a little bit of "pop" to the paint.
Be sure to check out the Adam's videos for additional information regarding products and processes.
