Hey guys, Has anyone tried to remove scratches from a side door glass? It's on my 69 corvette driver's side door. Looks like at point in it's life the glass was off track when the window was rolled down. Don't have a picture at the moment but it's fairly significant. Several scratches with some being alittle deeper than others. Anyway to buff these out.

That is a sweet looking ride...I have to admit I cheated a little. I have a poster of a super cool Biscayne on the wall right above my desk I used for a reference.
On a side note, how do you like the air ride? I am undecided on what I want to do with my chevelle suspension. I can pm you if you would like instead of discussing it here.
It probably depends on how you plan on driving/using your Chevelle. The Biscayne is just a cruiser, get to the show and lay it on the ground to look cool. If you plan on driving hard, cornering, auto crossing etc.. I would probably go another route....That being said I would love to have a pro-touring big car that could corner. Detroit Speed chassis etc...

A 40x40 was going to be 100k so had to settle with 32x28. Still will have nice sitting area also behind the vettes with flat screen and table. Hope to have everything in on Monday. I'll try to get another pic...

DANG!! You have a nice selection of toys there!
I'm kinda partial to the 60th.
Thanks Rich, I bought some Adams off you guys at the All Corvette show at Bill Gatton Chevy in Bristol, Tn. put on by Vettes of the Smokies. The 60th was parked almost in front of your booth.

It is the labor that is expensive. As far as material goes, there isn't much more. Concrete would probably be the expensive part of materials involved. A lot of labor involved in finishing concrete.
Lifts are a lot cheaper than square footage....

Garage looks great. Do you wish you would have made it deeper though?

Just found the fix to my problem, alittle project for the weekend...

I have some, didn't like it when I used it on my paint, I guess just spray and no wiping needed. Not sure how you could with the rough surface...

Is there a coating or something to help keep the Dishes/barrels on C6 corvette chrome wheels clean??? The barrels on My C5 wheels were finished and polished and were easy to maintain. But GM did us no favors with the chrome C6 wheels. The dishes/barrels are unfinished and rough. Brake dust is a headache to clean up. I'm sure changing to a ceramic pad would help but in the mean time any advice would be greatly appreciated.
tks, dan

I use two wet microfibers and one dry one.
So I guess it's best to do a panel at a time, spray with H20G then wipe with wet mf then go over with dry mf towel...
-
I prefer the wet method. HGG is meant to be a time saving product and using it to dry and seal the car at the same time is very time efficient. The dry method works fine but the wet method is personally my favorite
Do you use more than one Double Soft MF towel to do this??? I would think I might need 4-5 just doing a corvette convertible..

Just purchased some H20 Guard. Which method seems to work best, Wet or Dry? Seems you would use more product using the wet method....
tks dan

Hey guys new forum member from East Tn, Been an using Adam Polishes for 3-4 years now. Picked up a 13 Corvette with the Anniversary package and Stripe Package. What's the best Adams Product for the stripes? I'm assuming they should only be hand applied not machine....4300 mile car so no issues with the stripes just want to maintain them as well as possible...

Thanks guys I think the Cerium Oxide polish and a rayon pad may get most of it out. I'll try and get a better description this weekend with a pic.
