I wash mine with my normal laundry after every use. Every few months or so I brush it out with a dog brush.

Are the running boards plastic?
If you have Adam's Tire & Rubber cleaner you could try that. If not, try any strong APC with a microfiber towel that you don't mind getting dirty.

I have a non-Adam's wheel brush with flocked bristles that I use with the Rinseless Wash.  After I finish with the body, I place my Grit Guard Washboard in the wash bucket (without a Grit Guard) and use the wheel brush on each wheel.  I start with the back wheels, and put a good amount solution on the wheel, dunk the brush, clean about 1/2 wheel, dunk again and do the other 1/2, then dunk again to 'rinse' the wheel.  You may choose to wipe them dry after to avoid spotting (not water spots, just where the solution dried).
You could also pre-treat the wheel with some Rinseless in pressurized sprayer.

So I did a Rinseless Wash on my wife's minivan the other day because I only had about an hour or so before I had to leave. It sure makes quick work of cleaning the miles of paint on the Odyssey, LOL! I still need to work on the rinseless method for wheels and tires, though. Luckily they weren't that dirty so I just left them alone this time. Anyone have any pointers here?

Not sure if it's allowed to mention other brands of products but CarPro Tar-X and Iron-X are pretty much designed just for this and work incredibly.  Adam's needs to make a few more specific products like those.  *ducks the admin's fist*

I "listen" (no music) when claying, that way if by chance again there is a grain of something that comes up, then will hear it go across the surface and know to check the clay right away. If I run my hand over the clay and feel it, then I pick that grain out, so it will not get folded back in. Especially check the clay bar more often when you are on the lower part of the car.  I also use rubber/knit gardening gloves when claying, it helps to hold on better to the clay.

This quote from The Junkman I always keep in mind, "Technique trumps product". I have a pair of Harbor Freight DA polishers that I have been using for 2 years without issue. I've tried a few different brands of pads trying to find the "best brand" but I always found that the way I run the machine dictated how the detail goes.
 
Another thing to keep in mind is to perfect what works for you. The way I or Adam or anyone else on here works a polisher will be different from the way you end up using yours. You may find that your paint responds better to a certain polish. It may not be the polish you want to use, but you have to do what works for you and your car.

Adam's should sell the solvent alone as a product.

Well that was wild.

That was one wild ride. Living on Merritt Island, east central Florida. We got hit pretty hard no power or water is of now. I hope all the others in the Adam's family are doing good. On another note my wash buckets are coming in handy for me and my neighbors, using them to fill with well water to flush the toilets. Hey ya gotta do what ya gotta do

This storm was worst than Charlie.  We were hit with 90 mph winds, and had a micro-burst in the backyard (it twisted up the branches of a 40 ft oak tree) when Charlie came through, but it only lasted a few hours.  With Irma we had Tropical Force winds about 6 hours (around 5 PM Sunday) before the 60+ mph winds started, then those winds lasted for about 4 hours, and TF winds did not die down until late morning Monday.  And lots of rain this time - I dumped 11 inches out of the rain gauge from Saturday to Monday.  
We lost power at 7:30 PM Sunday, but we do have water.  Lots of branches to clean up, and the pond behind us is now a moat around my house!  No damage to the house or roof.  My truck is a little worse for wear after being parked across the driveway in front of garage door, but no new damage.   
 
I have seen picture Sizzle Chest's wife posted on IG of Naples, and they got pounded.  

If this water tastes like wheel cleaner you need to throw it away, LOL!

So you clayed after polishing? You probably have clay residue under the PS.
 
He may not mention IPA but it is one of the "rules of detailing" if you follow me.

Beautiful car!

Here are a couple of pictures.  I just took them off of my computer screen, so they may look odd.  First picture is of totality, notice Bailty's Beads if you zoom in.  I have several pictures of the whole thing, I just picked a couple to share.  Second picture is of the landscape at about the halfway point.  Third picture shows how dark it got.  The second and third pictures where taken from a video that I shot with my GoPro.  I just put it on a log and hit record.  That sunset you see was 360 degrees around us.
