  1. When I bought my truck I joined RAM forum. I was reading alot of posts and many people asked numerous detailing questions. Adams was always the overwhelming answer. Plus they are a preferred vendor on RAM forum. So I went to the website and was quickly overwhelmed. Saw an ad on Adams main page of a sale for the daily driver kit. Watched the video and immediately purchased. Over the next couple months I bought a few more things and never looked back. Adam and crew got me hook, line, and sinker.
  2. Working today so I had to wash the fire truck and rescue. Then cleaned the apparatus floor. Not too exciting. No room or time to clean my truck today.
  3. Welcome aboard the addiction train!
  4. That's an awesome cart and very well done. Nice repurposing!! And excellent collection of Adams goods there too.
  5. Very nice ride for sure!! I just don't like how close the new charger looks like the dart. I know there are differences but styling is close.

    Big news!

That is great news. Congratulations!! Hopefully won't be in ICU for too long.
  7. Welcome to the Adams addiction. Glad you were able to fix the stripes.
  8. I was able to wash, clay, dry, VRT trim and tires, glass seal, liquid paint seal, and H2GG. 5 hours later I am done. 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. True blue Pearlcoat. No pictures as of now. Got dark out before I was completely done.
  9. Welcome to the Adams Shine Addiction!! As stated, a lot of great videos on Adams website. A lot of great and knowledgable people on these forums. Don't be afraid to ask questions. A budget and some goals are a good start. Adams has some very good kits. And they are all very reasonably priced. You can start with a "washing" kit (there are several) to get started and you can add to it as money and needs/want warrants. Such as glass kit, winterizer kit, wheels and tires, etc. keep us posted on what you decide.

    auto led bulbs

Jeff Standard 3157 sockets in front and rear. The CK ones won't work. On my 14 Ram I had to put resistors in both the parking light circuit and the Brake/Turn circuit. 1 resistor is required to stop the hyper flash (brake/turn circuit if I remember correctly) and 1 resistor is required to cancel the bulb out earning (parking circuit). Or vice versa, but you get the idea. So that's a total of 8 resistors. Crazy. Spliced in behind the socket and extended and protected the wires back down under the truck to mounting locations under but behind bumper/body mounts. They got hot so be sure to mount them to metal. Those are the only circuits you need resistors on. All white lights (interior and exterior) I went with 5000 color for a nice clean white look. 2 map lights, 1 dome light, 2 cargo lights, 2 license plate lights, and 2 reverse lights. Changed the 3rd brake light to LED also. Used a red bulb there.

    auto led bulbs

I have a 14 RAM and I changed all the bulbs out to LED. Only thing not LED is headlights and fog lights....for now. Few tips. You are correct about the colors. Red LED behind red lens. Amber LED behind Amber lens. This will give you the best color possible. For front and rear parking and signal lights you will need to install resistors to stop hyper flashing and bulb out warnings. Diode Dynamics, VLEDS, superbright LEDs are all great places to find bulbs. Let me know if you have any questions.
  12. Welcome the the Adams family. A lot of good and knowledgable people here. Adam himself does watch these forums and chimes in. What other company does that? They are a great family company.

  14. Welcome Josh. As you can see and looks like you already know; you won't be disappointed with Adams and this forum. A lot of knowledge here. Learning everyday myself. This forum and Adams videos are my new obsession. Checking them multiple times a day.
  15. Yea. I have been noticing everyone's positive responses about them. They truly are a family orientated and customer driven company. And they are in the USA. All hard to find nowadays.
  16. Just wanted to give a shout out to this amazing business. Have been buying a few things from them. I have been impressed the entire way. I spoke with Ben via chat on the Adams website. He answered all my questions and got me straightened out. I have been reading a lot on this forum and learning a lot. Everyone is so helpful. I had been watching a few items I was going to buy. Waited till the black Friday deal came out. I ended up placing my order late Wednesday night. After I placed it I realized they would be off for Thanksgiving and thought they would get the order out probably Saturday. Alittle bummed but it was my own fault for waiting. I was shocked that I got an email with a tracking number this am. These guys and gals at Adams are awesome. They must be working their tails off to get orders processed. I know I am not the only one when I say THANK YOU!! You guys Rock. Keep up the good work.
