Yesterday took some thick cut pork chops and cut a slice in the side down to the bone & then seasoned the pork chops outside with am applewood rub.  Then took the pork chops and browned them in a frying pan that had seasoned with olive oil.  Set the pork chops aside while making the stuffing (this allows them to cool a little for ease of stuffing).  Next, sliced up some applewood smoked bacon into small pieces & put them in the frying pan to cook until almost done.  While that was cooking, diced/chopped up white onion, mushrooms, and granny smith apples which I minced.  Sauteed the onion & apples in the grease from the bacon, then added in the mushrooms once the onions were starting to become transluscent added in a sweet pork seasoning.  When done, deglazed the pan with apple juice.  Took the bacon, along with the onion/shroom/apple mixture and put in with the bread crumbs, including the apple juice used to deglaze the pan (helped give the bread crumbs some additional moisture)...which then mixed up. Spooned the stuffing mixturee into the Pork chops.  Placed the pork chops in a casserole dish that had coated with olive oil & added a little apple juice to the bottom, covered with foil.  Cooked at 400 degrees farenheit for 45 minutes (or longer depending on your oven). Took the pork chops out of the pan.  I then made a cream gravy with the drippings/juice that was left in the pan (good 3-4 cups).  If there is not enough juice in your pan, you can deglaze it with some additional apple juice/water.  If you have extra stuffing put it in a bread pan and cook in the oven for 15-30 minutes. Asparagus with cheese was the side vegetable.  It was served with a dry Riesling wine.  Overall was a big hit and the stuffing was delicious!  I meant to take a picture...but forgot...sorry!

Lenore, sound delicious, you know the rules, per chief Chris, without a picture it didn’t happen ?

I have the gray sweatshirt with the black sleeves and let me tell you, it's NICE.  No cheap material here.  Nice weight, not too heavy, but still plenty warm.

Thats the best one out so far rich, it’s my fave.

I’m fairly sure most of these clothing ideas come from Matt. I can’t exactly see Adam in sweatpants, white camo hoodie, and wearing a flat brim hat. And if I ever did, I’d probably laugh so hard I’d die.

Lol I didn’t realize people ran around town wear sweat pants maybe they can make yoga pants for the ladies

i dont wear wear hats because I do want to go bald!

This whole video is great.  But starting at 11:30 is where Matt from Obsessed Garage gets a behind-the-scenes tour.  Having met Matt personally, he's super genuine.  And I'm learning that Adam is just the same.

I knew Adam's was a special company, but hearing some of the back story, and how they're just trying to do better everyday, like most of us, makes me like them even more.

I finally got to see my Der Stuff Donation in the cabinet.

Wife was feeling a bit better today and got ambitious. She must have been feeling housewifey because it snowed for the first time today and everything was white all day. So she got ambitious and made her home made noodles and chicken.  Her grandmother used to make them when she was growing up, and she learned how. So darn good and warm and filling on a day like today.  About a bowlful left.  Kids today don't know what they're missing.

Good good to hear the wife I see doing good...

kids today don’t know how to cook and they definately don’t know what good food is ?

The single towel was the daily special over month ago and the 2-pack was the daily special 7-10 days ago. I've been thinking about getting a second (and third) of these but can't justify it when I only have one car to maintain.

I have four of them and they are great towels one of them is ruined because of snags  until I finally realized how to use these towels properly, so hopefully I can get another deal.

Still taking care of my Mrs.  She's one sick lady.  Sure hope all the meds she's on will clear this crap up for her.  Steroids, antibiotics, eye drops, inhaler, and a bunch of other junk.  10 days now.

Hope that explains my lack of participation here lately. Sorry not to be much help here for a bit. Priorities.

Good husband, taking care of her is more important than hanging out here!

i hope she starts feeling better soon!

Restored headlights on my car. :D  Didn't get my trim done with restorer due to rain.  Then found out in a parking lot my power steering is having issues. :o Cars are heavy.

Can't wait to get my baby back to try it out the trim restorer.  I also now have a new wheel bucket!
