  1. Got the gun today and did a quick test run.  The overall set up was bigger than I expected.  The bottle is 32oz, and the spray gun feels solid.  The concern I have is if you drop it on the quick connect it will probably break.  I tend to throw my hose around and could see myself tossing it, forgetting that its not my normal rubber fireman nozzle. Installed the yellow nib, filled it half way with water, and added 3oz of Red Shampoo.  NOT 10oz like Adam does in the video...lol.,  might want to edit that scene. Connected the Foam Gun and went to town.  First of all I was worried that I was getting the cheap version and that I wouldn't get good foam with out adding a ton of Shampoo.  I was completely wrong, it foamed like crazy.  The connections were tight no drips or leaks at all!  I went over my F-150 TWICE and still had a few inches left in the bottom of the bottle.

Great product as usual... you won't be disappointed, Adam 110% guarantees it!!!

  2. I have never used the Revitalizer, My towels seem to come out fine...  I kind of do what Michael does...

I have lots of towels, so I can wash large-ish loads.  I separate by use - Polish/wax/sealant/, wash/dry/glass/, then with work towels (including the big box towels) - this is usually 2 loads - interior 'good' towels & very dirty towels, so mine are not in the same load.

    1. How can I tell if my towels are in need of revitalizing?

    2. What happens to all of the excess wax in your washer?

    3. Is it noticeable when you use the MRB compared to not using it?

The reason I ask is I am being blamed for ruining washer!  I am getting brown slimy streaks on clothes.... might be from the sealant or wax towels?

  3. I want a Black A.  When was that out...? Would the stickers hold up on a car window with washing?  Or I could cut out the A on a die cut.  I like the stealth way to let people know I'm an Adams junkie.  Possibly strike up conversation.  I saw an Adams air freshener the other day in a car and was all excited to talk to the guy....LOL.

  4. I have done this. It acts like detail spray with a bit more gloss? I have H2O GG and Ceramic boost. I Ceramic Boost when I am not washing and H20GG when I wash. Ceramic Boost has to be applied to a dry car, that's why I like the H2O better since you can dry and shine at the same time. I noticed that the Ceramic Boost does a great job of darkening trim pieces as well, so its save the VRT step. I will probably finish up the Ceramic Boost bottle and stick with H20GG an Detail Spray for my detailing

I think it will be best for the ceramic coatings, as intended, but it sure does make your car look wet.

  5. Hi Guys my sidekick is on the way this week... got it for $54, and free shipping with last weeks sale!!!

Question about the hose attachments, do you notice a drop in pressure or does it still do the job ok? I figure it might be safer to work around the car with a hose rather the blower it self. I am hoping this is much quieter then the 2.5 gal air compressor! That thing is sooooo loud.

  6. I went to school. Washed my car with Adams and now I am a dumb school event...

    My black boxer Elvis!

  7. So Sunday I did a full strip, clay and LPS. Tuesday my wife drove to Plam Springs about 200 miles round trip. I never realized how bad the rest of you guys must have it dealing with bug splatter. She got back and I did a wash today and her car wash trashed. The knats glued to the front were horrible. So Cal doesn't really have to many bugs, so when I saw that I could only imagine the crap the rest of the country deals with...

Anyway she said I tire tread flew up on the freeway and bounced off the hood. Sure enough there was a 3" long dark possibly scratched area on the hood. It was dull to the touch and wouldn't wash off. So I got out the Revive Polish and in a split second it was gone. I have to think that the LPS and Americana layer saved the day on that one.

Regarding Strip Wash, I always thought it was good but not super strong... After the strip wash on Sunday I put the bottle away in my Gladiator cabinet and didn't wipe the residual off the bottle. The shelves are painted hammered steal finish. Must have moved things around during the week because this weekend I was cleaning up and noticed several rings eaten into the paint on the shelf. I noticed then Strip Wash bottle had a white crusty film on the bottom where product had run down. Each spot it rested left permanent ring. Be careful an wipe up!!!

  8. Ryan go out and detail that flex this weekend and a little time in the sun and it will go back to normal.

I did a quarterly strip and full reapplication detail last Saturday right before Sunday's rain... forgot to tell you all it was going to rain;  if I touch the American it rains!  I am going to detail the truck tomorrow... expect rain Sunday or Monday...
