  1. Yes, 100% worth it. I have both, having started with the standard, and now use solely the Premium. Wider opening, doesn't tip over nearly as easily, and just an all around better option. Adam's spent months on its development. You won't regret buying it.
  2. No, it won't remove it once the coating has cured. It'll only remove high spots early on, and sometimes will change the overall look of those areas especially on black vehicles.
  3. That was my thought, too. Something else was still ln the sprayer. Glad it all worked out, though. BG to the rescue again...such an underrated product!
  4. It'll be moderate pressure. Here's a video to help. And another
  5. If anyone is going this year, come find me in the Adam's tent. It'd be great to meet you!
  6. First, thank you for your membership. In keeping with the User Agreement, this post encourages extended discussions about non-Adam's products and is now locked. Thank you for our understanding, and if you have questions about our lineup, please fire away!
  7. I've pretty much swapped to using it on most of my details, the versatility really is awesome. That said, ID still has a place for light touch-ups and just to change things up a bit. I like both, but the TIC really has grown on me.
  8. Since this is an Adam's forum we aren't going to promote our competitors. That said, using other products not designed by Adam's can't be guaranteed to be compatible, and since the Advanced Graphene is a different technology you may be masking its properties of it even bonds (doubtful). What are you using to maintain the coating now? How often are you washing it? With what?
  9. Hand Polish is more of a chemical cleaner than a polish. How soon after application did you use it?
  10. Hi, David. This isn't really a topic meant for these forums or Adam's products, recommend you contact your manufacturer for assistance. If you have questions about Adam's Polishes and our lineup of car care products, we would be happy to help!
  11. Yes, use it on the whole thing, with some caveats explained in the article above.
  12. American paint can be all over the map. What color? And since every car can need a slightly different approach, always do a small test spot first to dial in your approach before doing the whole car.
  13. Welcome! Here are a couple options if what I'd recommend: https://adamspolishes.com/collections/car-washing-accessories/products/adam-s-air-cannon-dryer https://adamspolishes.com/collections/car-washing-accessories/products/adams-air-cannon-jr If you're looking more lead blower style, Adam's has those, too. https://adamspolishes.com/products/ego-blower-kit-765-cfm https://adamspolishes.com/products/ego-blower-kit-650-cfm https://adamspolishes.com/products/ego-blower-kit-530-cfm
  14. The video above will help guide you including pads and chemicals on your trim. To your question on differences, in short, compound is for cutting and correcting the surface, while polish is used to bring out the luster and finish off the surface. All of Adam's chemicals are color-coded between pads and chemicals to make them easier to use. If you want to try manually, you can always get smaller pads on the website or something like the orange Hex Grip and Scratch and Swirl Remover. But the hex grip is bigger and taping off the areas around the trim is recommended whatever you use. Be careful, piano black trim both on the inside and outside is usually soft and can be very thin, risking burning if polished too much. As @RayS said, start least aggressive.
  15. With modern leather I absolutely find the Leather Conditioner to make a difference, adding protection and a nice look, and making it feel more supple despite the coating. Use it on the dash, door panels, etc, too, not just leather. The Leather Conditioner is actually still available, it's been updated to a sprayable form. Personally, I love it and find it works well when compared to the original cream form. There is also a Leather and Interior Dressing that leaves a matte finish and no smell. Here's a link to each. https://adamspolishes.com/collections/leather-conditioners-pastes-balms-revitalizers/products/adam-s-leather-interior-conditioner https://adamspolishes.com/collections/leather-conditioners-pastes-balms-revitalizers/products/adams-leather-interior-dressing
  16. My recommendation would also be to try steam. Especially given you tried the other methods already.
  17. Yes, can see now. Paint Sealant will work, but it will not withstand the heat created by the brakes for long - it's only for months on paint, so I'd guess a fraction of that on brakes. A coating on the other hand would be your best option and last the longest.
