  1. It does not take long to change some parts out on a vehicle. When I got my truck the tie down was broken in the bed and I pointed it out and they ended up going out on the lot getting one because the parts department did not have one in stock.
  2. Glad that it worked for you. The first time I used the glass sealant it worked ok but then I did it again few days later and it worked better than advertised. I apply mine every three months since my Daily Driver takes all the weather.
  3. Good package above (only change I would make is drop one and add the Deep Wheel Cleaner).
  4. Just wait. I can still remember that sound.
  5. Very nice upgrade, I must say. I wish I had leather in mine but may replace it later on.
  6. Looking at your picture still alot of snow is outside. It will not be clean for long. Since you like cleaning in inclement weather just head on across the country and detail mine. I am going to have to slip out of the office one afternoon this week to wash my daily driver and the wonderful salt off the vehicle but looking at the extended forcast we are suppose to get snow this weekend and early next week. We have not had much snow this year hard to believe. (Only reason we had salt the other day was the DOT thought it would be freezing rain). I was taught hot water would freeze before cold water.

    Cold Weather

Where did all the nice weather go too......this morning it was 4 when I got up out of bed but then on the way to work 0 in several places. This is before the wind chill factor and if you conside that around -11. I just looked and home was 9 (5 degree increase I feel a heat wave).
  8. I had my first one stop working. I think someone was using it too much and it was not me.
  9. Let us see how 2015 turns out.
  10. You must be working the Owl Shift. Someone has to keep the lights on.
  11. I would go for any of these: Leather Conditioner or Undercarriage Spray. Really something netural would be idea.
  12. Good Deal can not complain about getting a computer for Christmas. That lets you save that money for your vehicle.
  13. Merry Christmas to everyone.

    Holidays

AMEN.......It is not Seasons Greetings......It is MERRY CHRISTMAS for me.
  15. Merry Christmas I agree with Adam Merry Christmas, and happy birthday to Jesus Christ, the reason for this season.
  16. I would go with the GMC over the Chevy truck. The GMC will have little more luxury. We had great service out of the GMC that we used on the farm (now trying a Ford and my Dodge some). We had great service from the GMC over the Chevy, in the fleet where I use to work. Do you need the HD over the standard? What are you going to use this truck for? Are you needing a truck or could a SUV or crossover do what you need. Couple questions to think about. So your current truck turning 8 years so your turning around 22k - 24k a year. It you want to buy now I would see if I could find a 2014 (never been titled alot of deals to get the prior year models off lots).
  17. I would stick with the Dell. I have had great luck with them my past two computers at home have been Dell. I use an HP at work and the IT Department knows me very well. I was told if they work on the HP again they are sending it back to HP for new replacement. I ended up just purchasing three monitors and hooked them up to the docking station so that I can have a large screen.
  18. Put them in the players that is hooked up to my Bose speakers. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
  19. I agree with you on that Adam. I listen too different ones Classical (Do not flame me on that) Christian Contemporary Music Jason Gray Matt Maher Matthew West Newsboys New Song Mark Schultz I have been listening some of NewRepublic Sometime I put in some movie soundtracks and listen. Like now I am listening to lots of Christmas Music
  20. I would love to know what and how your did the drivers side of the hood.
  21. He even called you back and said missed your call. That is a business owner. Small towns are very nice. I am from a small town and still live in the small town. It is a different way of life in small town america. Everyone knows everyone (including their business) LOL. Over the past two years I have had the opportunity to travel thru several small towns and have enjoyed it. While traveling thru some of these smalls town I have noticed some are turning into ghost towns.
  22. Adam, Very good information about the recall rate on vehicles. I think we have only received three recall notices (two of them the vehicle did not have the part that was being recalled on it and the other they fixed it in two minutes when I took it in). Also suprised on some of the recall numbers in that list and some I am not suprised. It is a miracle that we can get from point a to point b every day with how many systems are on a vehicle. I do agree with the Mercedes number. I did make the switch to Mercedes for a daily driver two years ago and it has been best daily driver vehicle for me.
  23. I could find better uses of that $450,000.00 but also on the news this morning same article he sold a coat for $9,375.00 .
  24. Sorry to hear about all your luck with your first Dodge Ram. I have had great service out of mine which is a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. You will find one like that no matter who the manufacture is. My parents have always had a Chrysler Corp vehilce (Chrysler, Dodge, or Dodge Truck) and has excellent service out of every single one.
