  1. I hear you and don’t blame you, use what you have and ceramic products can be something to consider down the road as you use up existing product and need to begin resupplying. Guard and Gloss would definitely be a good thing IMO to pick up and use once a month while drying the car. It’ll offer better protection than the spray wax when used once a month and extend the paint sealants longevity. Then, in-between the G&G applications, you can use the spray wax and BG. I could be wrong but I ‘think’ it may be best to use spray wax first with brilliant glaze on top of the spray wax. Spray wax I think offers better protection so you’d want that down first and then the glaze just adds even more pop on top of that but lasts just the weekend/literally a few short days. If I’m wrong, please, someone in the know correct my line of reasoning. Edit: and if you haven’t seen it mentioned on here before, definitely consider cleaning the inside of your windshield with brilliant glaze. It seriously cuts down on that haze forming on the inside and makes cleaning the inside far easier in the future. It also works great on the inside of windows in your home/apartment. I just did my vehicles and home windows a few weeks back after seeing the recommendation on here and have been quite impressed with the results thus far.
  2. Just me but since it’s parked outside exclusively, I’d consider going with a ceramic coating and upkeep with using the new ceramic waterless as a drying aid after each wash and ceramic boost after a wash once a month. Ceramic will provide you with the best protection long term on an outside kept vehicle. When you do want a little extra pop, BG will come in handy for just a weekend. It’s best for adding quick short term ‘pop’ with little protection so it shouldn’t affect the coatings hydrophobic properties long term. Great looking car BTW, I had a Black 2000 Camaro SS many many years back and miss it at times.
  3. Don’t let it get wet for 4 hours. Rain, snow, dew etc. I’ve been told it’s better to let it cure outside in the sun as long as weather permits the 4 hour ‘rule’.
  4. I‘d only use PayPal for the time being. Even if upgrades were just done to the site, I’m not willing to go through the hassle again in the hopes things were addressed properly. I wish they'd work with people who could help them properly integrate Apple Pay into the site, it’d make for quick checkouts and be quite secure.

Great to know Michael, thanks for letting me/us all know. I may actually grab a Gorilla one as I use the Werner so much in the garage for other tasks having a second more heavy duty one just makes sense.

Congrats as well Rich. I had a 2016 XC90 First Edition before my Escalade and it had Amber leather/Black leather mixed throughout the cabin similar to your Equinox and I always got compliments on it. And I hear you about buying black vehicles, both mine now are black and my prior two vehicles were black as well. If you are a car nut, it’s a job just keeping them looking great but IMO nothing looks better than a properly maintained black vehicle. Though I’ll admit, there is the occasional day I ask myself why did I not go white on the Escalade ESV! Lol I’ve got an extremely similar Werner work platform similar to what Michael posted (probably the same thing and multiple companies slap their name on it) purchased from Home Depot years back and it has proven invaluable so I’d also recommend it.
  8. Is that a record for reviving and old thread or what?!
  9. I had just seen the video on YouTube and think it’s a great investment for Adam’s as well as a welcome piece of equipment for anyone who received a wet box on delivery day. Kudos to Adam’s for doing something I’ve not seen other detailing supply companies do... yet.
  10. Lol, I was honestly kind of shocked not one other forum member (or an Adam’s employee on the forum) who may have seen the post didn’t order one of those towels between Black Friday and this flash sale and had input if that’s the same thing they received.
  11. No one on the forums had purchased a Gray Double Soft Towel that came out during the Black Friday Sale till this recent flash sale and can confirm that what I got sent is correct or not? I just want to make sure before too much time passes after delivery.
  12. I just received an order I’ve been waiting on and wanted to see if someone who knows for certain ( maybe @falcaineer , @Dan@Adams , @Kyle@Adams ) can confirm that the towel I’m posting in the picture below is in fact a Gray Double Soft Microfiber Towel found at this link. I just want to make sure as it is listed on the bag as ‘Grey Plush Towel’. Thanks!
  13. I just want to add that a ceramic coating on chrome rims really makes the chrome pop, like, a lot! 😎 I have chrome rims on my Escalade and not only does the coating work great making cleaning them super easy while also locking in the shine but using Ceramic Boost on them once a month keeps them looking amazing and protected.
