Covid is on the rise in my area, so we're pretty much staying home 99% of the time.  I've been taking care of the wife for the last 3 or 4 weeks (had her hip replaced) so I've been doing a lot of the cleaning, although not up to her standards.  But I was bored today, got out the mini SK and some Revive, and the Graphene DS, and went to town on the glass shower doors, and our bathroom counters.  They all turned out pretty good!  Wonder what I can do tomorrow!

I was burning a vacation day today and decided to spend some time on the Chrome on the bike.  I'm going to make it shine and put it up for sale.   It is time to give up the bike, at least a two wheeler.  I'm not sure what I'll get as a replacement toy, but I have started looking for something to take it's place.

Last Thursday SS got rinseless washed with Adam’s Rinseless Wash. Tire Shine on the tires and Adam’s Glass Cleaner to make my commute clear and smudge free. 👍🏼

 
Saturday the wife’s Beast got washed with many MF towels in a bucket then gently clay toweled followed by removal of a little scuff on left rear trim piece. I used my trusty PC with a 3” Adam’s orange pad with Scratch & Swirl Remover followed my a 3” Meguiar’s MF finishing pad with Adam’s Polish. I recoated the area I fixed using the remnants of a competitor’s Paint Coating. The rest of the vehicle got a coating of Ceramic Boost and tires got Adam’s Tire Shine.



Today after Church my mother stopped by for an afternoon visit with her twin granddaughters, my wife and yours truly. After a light afternoon snack I headed out to the HOT 🥵garage (93*F or 34* C) and gave her blue Corolla some long overdue attention. I hadn’t touched her vehicle since before the Covid outbreak. During the cold months it is garaged but the rest of the year it sits outside 24/7.  It was grey from the residual road film, dried on rained on pollen & dust, bug guts and bird turds.   Yuck! 
 
I foamed it with a competitor’s foaming strip wash. I rinsed it then washed it with many MF towels in a bucket and Adam’s Car Shampoo. I rinsed it again and clayed the paint with Adam’s Clay Mitt. Since I’m going for protection on a daily driver and not too concerned with any marring I dried the car off and treated it to Adam’s Ceramic Boost on wheels, glass and paint. Tires got Adam’s Tire Shine with Adam’s Glass Cleaner removing several months of shmutz on the interior glass.

 
Grandma stayed for dinner; cheese tortellini & Italian sausage with steamed broccoli. 😋 Immediately after dinner I gave the paint a second wipe down with Ceramic Boost and pulled it out of the garage for some pics. 
 
Shortly I’ll be doing a couple loads of MFtowels.  Looking forward to going to work tomorrow so I can get some rest. 😁

Washed my dad’s Vette for him. We’ve done some cruises the past few weekends, and he can’t do the crouching down to get the bugs in the grille. And the exhaust tips needed some attention.  Bugs are gross.  Bug jerky rehydrated is even grosser.  🤢 I found a whole one hiding somewhere in there that came out with my Adams Sidekick! Love that thing. Car probably gained 2hp with the weight reduction of the bugs.  The rest of the car just got a simple suds down with the rest of my Christmas car shampoo, and some Eco APC on the wheels and exhaust. It needs a good interior clean which I’ll probably do for him next weekend.
Then I did a quick wash on the regal but no pictures.

I had been delaying the inevitable for a few weeks now, since it was oppressively hot, and my car had to go in for its yearly maintenance last week, I bit the bullet and washed off all of the dust, grime, and other pollutants that had landed on the paint surface. I was planning on using WW, but I inspected the paint and found that there was just too much for the WW. 
 
I do have to say, I love using BG on the windows and lights, as it adds just a little bit extra over DS.

Yesterday, the daughter brought me a July 4th gift of a dirty Jaguar.  In return she got a nice clean shiny one at the end of the day.  For as much as I dislike doing black vehicles, this one does look good and with CSC on it, it cleans up easily.
