Not wrong, Rich...I think either APC or TRC could work.

Guess I'm the wrong guy to answer this one!  I've never used any of that gym equipment in my life!  And it shows!

    Maybe TRC?

I think I'd use the All Purpose Cleaner.  And skip the VRT. You don't want to lose your grip and that could make them slick.

They are great little machines!  If you have large dogs, consider getting a couple of Metro Vac hoses so you can use it as a dog dryer - (They sell them this way for the grooming industry).  We use it on our 90 lb Yellow Lab, and it really helps get the water out of her coat.

I like it! Can’t wait to get mine. I had a gift card so it only ended up paying 35 or something for mine. For sure better than a hundred! Thanks for the pics!

Sure no prob. Here is the one I received. It stopped raining this morning so I tested it out on my truck. I must say this small thing is super powerful...I'm blown away (no pun intended lol). I was a little worried due to some of the Amazon reviews but not anymore after real world testing.

Now I don't think I'll dry my whole Truck but wheels and crevices are a must do...heck maybe even windows etc. Best purchase I've made this year besides my 2019 Tahoe. 👍😊

Yes, they are. About 50*F is usually the minimum recommended by Adam's, so you should be good.

I've been showing cars for many years, I still use a duster on my cars in the garage and at shows that have accumulated a little dust sitting. I've never seen any scratches caused by doing this. I've seen the Roadster Shop use them at a show on the 2.3 million 69 Camaro (Inferno) they built along with many others. If you've driven the car that's different but at shows or in your garage a light dusting and then alittle detail spray I think is perfectly fine...BTW I just did the wife's new to her Escalade last wkend which is Crystal White Tricoat similar to yours. Clayed - Adams Clay bar, (haven't purchased a mitt yet), Machined - Paint Sealant, Machined - Brilliant Glaze, Hand applied Buttery Wax. First wash will apply H2O GG when drying.

Thank you! I have $400 worth of goodies in my cart on adams website ready to go! Taking advantage of the free shipping + 15% off going on right now saving a ton verses Amazon though it will take longer to get to me that is ok.

My wife is not going to be happy just dropped $60k for our SUV now $400 in detailing products but my excuse is "darling we need to protect our new truck right?" Lol.

It doesn't appear excessive to me. BUT I'm a novice. I stripped and applied Ceramic Spray to my new car today. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this. I typically just ran it through the chemical tunnel. So please don't take my word for it. I would say if you feel uncomfortable about using Waterless Wash, go a different direction until such time as you experiment more or until you do feel comfortable using it. Just my $0.02 cents.

The website says to "Spray a fine mist on the panel".

In the video, at around 1:55 mark, Adam says "before he jumps in and starts using the spray and wipe, he does everything he can to reduce the big particles of dirt on the finish". The video goes on to say what all he does. You may want to check it out.

I also remember in a different video with a different product, he said if the bottom of the truck is extremely muddy or dirty, you may need to rinse it off. I know that defeats the purpose of waterless wash, but large particles of dirt will scratch the paint for sure.

I apologize as I've not used this product yet but I will be in about a week. So I've been studying a lot myself.

Hi Nick thanks for reaching out! I have a 2019 myself, Pearl white color (forgot the real name). Beautiful Tahoes you have there. This one is my truck as we have a 2018 Honda Odyssey for the kid hauler and my wife has her Lexus as her DD to work.

Once I get some time to clean out my garage my Tahoe will be going in the garage. Thanks for the wash tips appreciate it. You know this thing is so big I am darn near about to order the Adams side kick blaster to help dry the truck faster. I do have 2 of the ultra plush large drying towels that are probably the best drying towels I've used but I want help hitting the hidden areas as after I am done water still drips down in certain spots.
  20. Thanks

John when I saw you had a Tahoe, I read every post.  Im on my 3rd Tahoe its a Summit White, w/ Black accents (no chrome) 2019 Premiere RST.
When I got it last September, I washed it as soon as I got it home with Strip Wash, Iron Remover, then hit it with GnG.  And about a month later I did a coating on it.

    Previous versions were
    2008 Black
    2016 Black

Anyways, I love them and take the utmost care of them.

Here is my process as I am 100% Adam’s compliant 😬

    The Tahoe is ceramic coated

3 buckets, grit guards in them all, and the rinse bucket also has the wash board.

    Pressure wash off light dirt.
    Mega Foam entire vehicle
set up buckets and start wheels and tires.
When done wheels and tires, rinse entire vehicle.
Foam a second time then start hand washing.
    Rinse again when all done.
I blow dry 70-80% of the water off, including all hidden areas.
Then finish drying with the ultra plush and one of the following
    Detail Spray
    or
    Ceramic Waterless
    or
    Ceramic Boost.

This Tahoe is sort of my garage queen.  It is reserved for nice days and long family trips.  It is quick and a ton of fun!  My daily is an 2001 Silverado and we use my wifes CRV for errands and closer family gatherings.

There are 2 other Tahoe forums out there as well, I dont check them often, as I am on here daily.  But certainly reach out if you need anything.

Nah totally safe on headlights.. Actually a great protection to put a sealant on headlights. I've read in some owners manuals not to use wax on lights... I don't know what that's about, I haven't researched it, but now I just make sure to stick to sealants on headlights and taillights.

Washed truck today and used the H20 G&G afterwards. Looks/feels amazing like a freshly waxed vehicle! This will hold it over until I can do the real job.
