Good point about "perfect" paint vs maybe an 85% to 90% correction. Also, 95% of people out there who don't know anything about what we do and why we do it only think that orange peel, swirl marks, RIDS, halograms, marring etc is just "normal" in the sense that also 95% of vehicles have it and so the majority of the general population who see it on paint think it's just how paint gets/is. Also, most people dont have a clue about paint correction so IF they know it's not right to have the "marks" in the paint they think that the only option is a full repaint. The sad part bout this is some body/paint guys will just agree right along with them and score that $6k full repaint, only to have their high school drop out detailer drag dirty sponges or wash brushes across the paint the iron reintroduce marks before it even leaves the shop doors.
