    I've been working retail for many, many years. Customer service, generally, has gone down the drain. There just isn't any. That's what sets Adams apart from the rest. True, there products are fantastic, but there customer service sets them apart from the rest. Keep up the great work.

    I got an aluminum platform from Amazon that works very well. Made by Wel-Bilt. Extremely sturdy and juse the right height for my SUV's. Cost about $30.

    I hung a 40-lb heavy bag in my basement so my wife can practice her boxing. Hey, wait...it wasn't a mistake to do that, was it?????

    I agree 110% about the customer service.

    Absolutely charge them!! Your spending hard earned money to buy the products, spending your time washing their car when you can be spending it with your family and their sitting at home drinking the other 3 six-packs out of the case. You are NOT a chump, but what's fair is fair!!

    I'm looking to start up a part time detail business and am looking to design a business card, but have no idea where to start. Can anyone with experience in this give me some advice? I would greatly appreciate it.

    I was surprised when I saw it too. I thought 1 of 2 things: Either it's been there all along and I missed it, or...Uh-oh...what did I screw up this time? Anyway, I like it. It's easier to view on the small screen.

    Washed my and my wife's Pilots. Froze my a$$ off, but the really needed a good washing to get all the salt off from this weekend. It was worth it.

    Welcome, Bonez. Get the largest kit you can afford. You're gonna wind up buying everything anyway!! I personally like the Flex better than the PC, but the PC will do a good job, too. Good luck!!
