You're good, haha. And I think everyone that spends as much as we do to keep a car clean has a little OCD in them.

We use Distilled in our floor steamer, detailing steamer and my wife's hair steamer . Since we always have at least a few gallons on hand, I dillute all my products with it...just because I guess. In the Rinseless buckets...I agree with Chase, it's probably overkill unless you have some really bad (like iron infused) tap water. My old house in Virginia had water so bad that if the sprinkler hit the siding on the house for 5 minutes it would be red/orange, haha.

I'm in NorCal...and we have good weather 95% of the year. Even with the good weather, WeatherTechs went in my wifes Explorer the week after we bought it...it's a great investment. Depending on where you live...you may be cleaning those things every week, eventually they will wear out from all the cleaning. Every time I detail a vehicle with WeatherTechs (digital fit), I pour a little out for the homies, and say a little prayer. It cuts about 2 hours off of a detail because the carpets are usually spotless underneath.

You can put the cover on right away Scott...the only product you shouldn't is the Machine Super Sealant, that cures up in about a half hour, but can't be topped with another product for 24 hours. I'm sure you wouldn't have to wait the 24 hours to put the cover on however. Have fun with the paint correction.
