  1. New spray bottles would be awesome!!!!!!
  2. So envious of those who have a garage. I can't wait until my wife and I buy our first home and I can have my man cave/detailing studio/work area and not be relegated to spot #45 in our parking lot. DREAMS!
  3. Looks great! I grew up hangin out on those boardwalks in the summer

haha that's a good one! I'll have to keep my eyes out and contribute something to this thread shortly.
  5. Picked up my truck from the dealership, had it there since Monday for a tab involving a bad vibration around 20-25 mph. Well, a new transmission mount, steering wheel damper, and two new leaf springs with new u-bults later, I finally have it back. Drives pretty well now, no vibes. The biggest thing I am grateful for is to be out of the loaner Prius I was given, not only that it was the PriusB. No offense to those that own a Prius on here, but that is just not my cup of tea for a car.
  6. Welcome! You will enjoy the forum. Nice looking rig, wish my 2010 WK had looked that good, but now I am driving a Tacoma.
  7. Can't blame Adam's, gotta stay to the true the core brand and mission. Never tried the Cyclo, but hopefully I will get the opportunity to in the future, I hear nothing but good things.
  8. I always debadge as well. I debadged my Tacoma within a month of owning it.
  9. Definitely sharing this with more than two people! Awesome video, its people like that who can break down the simplicity of the economic impact that can make an impact. Great video.
  10. Your truck looks incredible. Love it!
  11. In such shock. Like many have said, in addition to Adam's products being as good as they are, one of the main reasons I became a fan of the brand is because of Dylan. Good luck in your next chapter in life!
  12. Sounds like the plot from a horror story! Feel your pain man.
  13. Like Chris said, that definitely looks minor enough that a glaze would fill it, but major enough that it would need a proper correction, probably nothing too hefty though. I hate to pour salt on the wound, but we had a 60 degree day here yesterday and the auto-washes were packed down the road and I was cringing knowing the damage that was being induced. So many cars, so much salt and grit to share and go around. Look on the bright side, it means more time you get to relax and sit behind a buffer and make her perfect again.
  14. Have it on the truck right now, love it! SO easy to use.
  15. From metallic grey to white (all salt)....Took it to the self-serve and power washed what I could off, especially off the frame, but it was 12 degrees so that didn't prove wildly successful. Oh, and we may get another 6-10" of snow in a week, whoopee.
  16. Awesome, thanks for info Chris, much appreciated.
  17. That looks darn good. I don't even think its something that I can contemplate, I think it HAS to happen. Tacoma's are just too notorious for frame rot to not do it. Some of the pictures the Tacoma guys post over on TacomaWorld of their 05-06's of their frames is just mind boggling. Nearly 4-5 inch holes in their frames and near critical joints and suspension areas. One guys example of his 2005 (photo credit to Mac on TW) Where did you get your fluid film from? I believe I read its available at Advanced Auto now.
  18. I concur with that, Fall would seem most logical.
  19. I totally plan on coating the frame and underside in fluid film. From everything I read its best to coat it in the spring. When did you do yours?
  20. The salt is so bad right now in Virginia and having a Tacoma, albeit new, raises frame rot concerns. I have already noticed some spot rusting on the leaf spring clamps that I need to address immediately. It snowed a week ago, but the salt is still so bad it kicks up huge salt clouds when people drive down the road. Crazy, can't wait for a good rain to wash it all away.
  21. Wow I stand corrected. Chase seems like a stand up guy. I hope, like he says in his message, that it was an amicable parting between the two.
  22. You sure? He just posted a video a month ago showcasing Rinseless Wash.
  23. Northern Virginia isn't projected to crack 40 degrees for another two weeks, will mostly be in the low-20's and high-teens. I can honestly say, granted I'm only 26, that I have never experienced a winter this consistently cold day-to-day. Has been fun, however, to get snow as frequently as we have and put the truck to use.
