Strip wash will remove the Zaino easily. If you have any swirls at all do yourself a favor and get a SK polisher. I, too, switched to Adam's from Zaino although it was about 10 years ago. The Adam's line has grown exponentially since then but if you just focus on one category at a time it will start to make sense. You need products for: Car wash Polishing Seal/wax or ceramic coating Maintenance (dependent on above choice) And maybe a few t-shirts and stickers...I The kits are a great way to go when getting started. I believe the microfiber towels have always come from Korea. That's really the only place to get high quality microfiber.

One panel at a time. You may need to "re-wet" a panel if it dried before you were able to get to it but if you work quickly it shouldn't be a problem.

I have never used the dry method but plenty of others here have. So it's up to you.

Yes. It's a great way to clean up any streaks you may have left. I always do a DS wipe down after HGG.

It should NOT dry on the paint! Absolutely not. I always wash first and then use iron remover while it's still wet. Then just rinse it off with the hose.

The Sidekick is absolutely a good enough option to start. I have been using a Sidekick to dry my car for at least a half-dozen years. Start with a good sheet rinse to get most of the standing water off the paint, follow up with a good drying towel along with your favorite drying aid (I use a Great White and Detail Spray). After that I use the Sidekick to blow water out of all the nooks and crannies around the car as well as blow off any wayward drips that show. It's also fantastic for drying the wheel wells, wheels and tires so you don't sling water when you take your first clean drive. I'd love to get a MB or Air Cannon some day but the Sidekick is a terrific tool in and of itself. MUCH better than ANY leaf blower.

Paint Sealant and Brilliant Glaze apply very well by machine. You'll want to get a black or red pad for those. Or both - I use black for sealant and red for glaze. You should apply your wax by hand.

It seems like we get one of these "Adam's isn't as great as it once was" posts every couple of months and it always stirs things up. Here's a fact: The only constant in life is change. Hey - I miss DvK, too. But he's gone. He's moved on. So has Adam's and so has this forum. In the 10 years I've been using Adam's products the line has changed A LOT. Some of it I use, and a lot of it I ignore. Doesn't bother me in the slightest if they release a product I'm not interested in. I just don't buy it. This forum is designed to be a place where Adam's customers can come and ask questions that are answered by other Adam's customers, Adam's employees and - every one in a while - Adam himself. It is not a place for bashing Adam's products or practices or directions. There are plenty of places on the 'net where you can voice your displeasure with anything you like. You'll have a lot of company. It sucks that you felt disrespected by Adam's "vote with your dollars" comment but try to put yourself in his position. He has thousands of users that love his products and clamber for everything he produces and a handful of people not happy with the "direction" his company has gone. I'm sure he gave you his opinion in a very respectful way but sometimes you have to just say, "Well - see ya later!"

Sometimes killing two birds with one stone just leaves you with two dead birds. use detail spray, waterless wash or car shampoo.

I have a couple of them and love them. They are perfect for a rinseless wash pre-soak. I also use them for Iron Remover. Basically - any task that would generally wear out your fingers with a standard sprayer works great with an IK. Cleaning is just a matter if rinsing it out and pumping some water through.

Nope. Glass is just too hard. Adam's polishes will not touch it. Make it shiny, though!

I usually do a Rinseless Wash after clay. Only takes a few minutes and I'd rather not polish over the residue.
