  1. Exactly what do you mean by Polish # 1 and Polish # 2 ? What color are these polishes that you used? The only Adam's Polishes labeled #1 and #2 are the metal polishes. I am hoping that you used Paint Correcting Polish (orange color) and Paint Finishing Polish (white color). The Paint Correcting Polish and Paint Finishing Polish should have removed the fine scratches, unless you did not spend enough time on each section.
  2. Wanted to let everyone know that the Microfiber Revitalizer & Brightener works great on pads. I have a very old antique brass full size bed that the tubes are about 2" diameter. It was in need of a cleaning and polish. My wife use to do this job by hand with a another brand of polish and it always took her about 4-5 hours. She just had surgery on her shoulder so I told her I would take care of the bed this time. Took out my PC set up for the 4" focus pads. Using the blue pads for metal polish I used the #1 Metal Polish first and did the whole bed. Wiped it down and then put a new blue pad on for the #2 Metal Polish. Did the whole bed and then wiped the bed down. Finished the job with some Quick Spray Sealant and the bed looked great. Job took only about 2 hours. As many of you know when using the metal polishes things turn black especially the cloths. I then looked at the 4" pads that use to look blue but now were black. I thought I was going to have to throw them away. I tried cleaning them with APC which got the extra products out of the pads, but they were still black. Tried a little Dawn detergent with no better results, still black. Took a bottle of the Microfiber Revitalizer and sprayed it heavy on the pads and worked the pads with my thumbs. Put it under the faucet to rinse them out and 80% of the black came out. WOW! Did a second spray with the Microfiber Revitalizer and worked it in, let them set in the bottom of my set tub with about 1" of water with some more Revitalizer for about 30 minutes. When I rinsed the pads out they were now blue again. The pad used with #1 Polish came out about 98% clean with a couple traces of black around some of the outer edges. The pad used with #2 Polish came out 100% clean with no black left on it. I have been using the Microfiber Revitalizer on the towels since it came out and loved the results. I will now be using the Revitalizer from now on all my pads, both the 4" and 7". Also I was informed by the wife that I now had a new item added to the "Honey Do" list. I had an idea that was forth coming and that is why I thought about using the Quick Spray Sealant hoping to spread time between polish jobs.
  3. Welcome Matt. I am the local dealer and If I can be of any help, have questions let me know.
  4. This reason for not using the hex cut PC pads on the Flex is not the size but the cut pattern on the pads. The hex cut acts like a tire tread on the paint surface gripping it and causes you to constantly fight the Flex for control.
  5. I am told it is the new automated bottling system being used by the bottling company. The produce is constantly moving and aerated in the bottling process to eliminate sediment thus causing the lighter color. Nothing to worry about the quality of the product has not changed.

  15. Not referring to the In & Out Spray. Adam did have a Clear (Detail) Spray. It was for the clear bras and vinyl wrap vehicles as a cleaner and conditioner. It worked great on light colored cars especially my white Corvette. I sold a couple of cases of the Clear Spray to local Corvette people. Look at #113 of this thread for a picture of it.
  16. Adam did have a Clear Spray about a year ago. It was designed for the vehicles with clear bras and vinyl wrap decals. It was a endorsed by Modern Image a vinyl wrap specialist company. I liked it on my white Corvette, but it was discontinued. I believe it was not a big seller and was dropped from the line. I have tried to get some and it is no longer available. What Adam has in his line is a Clear Polish (not a detail spray) for vehicles with clear bras and vinyl wraps. Maybe someday he will bring back the Clear Spray.
  17. Chris, As I write this message it is snowing for the first time this season. We just had a incredible past 2 weeks with temps in the 40's to low 60's. I guess it had to end sometime.
