  1. I feel for you Webb! We have found that well water is pretty tough stuff, as the mineral content is really high. Maybe a filtration system to knock the hard water down a bit is worthwhile. Do you use a pressure washer?
  2. I'd be picky too if my premium towel scratched my car! That's not okay. We will make it right, and again, thanks for bringing this to my attention!
  3. One more tip to help keep all towels from scratching: quarter fold them. You will get better results too!
  4. I'm so sorry, and That's not right! The reason those towels have round edges is to avoid the need to melt the corners. As with all product or customer service issues, please shoot us an email, we will make it right! Orders@adamspolishes.com
  5. I've got a window at the shop we need to peel the tint off, thanks for the tip!
  6. Nice trucks Roger! I like this pole, which I was able to buy at our local Lowes: http://www.lowes.com/pd_496340-1199-2324_0__?productId=4755038&Ntt=extension+pole&pl=1&currentURL=%3FNtt%3Dextension%2Bpole&facetInfo= Also, we have a prototype truck/ boat/ RV wash brush, that I'd be happy to get your input on. Email me, or place an order and mention in the notes to include it! Thanks Roger!
  7. Andrew, you are a good dude!????
  8. Quick Sealant X2.... In & Spray works too, but doesn't add value. Might also want to apply some Polish, Revive or Paint Finishing Polish....
  9. Ahhhh man, I love those guys! Listen to them often, and love their show. Tom made a positive difference for NPR/ talk radio. Suppose making a positive difference is what life is about, right?
  10. We are not going to offer Lloyds mats moving forward, sorry! Just not worth the hassle, and while they are nice, I honestly don't believe in carpet floor mats! WeatherTech makes a more versatile product. www.WeatherTech.com.
  11. Great idea, and do the bristles really need to be any longer than 1.5" even for trucks? A permanent change to the fender may be in order!
  12. Thanks Brian, and great write-up! We hope to earn your business as your detailing business grows!
  13. Hi Christian, did you buy it from Richard Kashinsky in NC? If so, he buys from us, and we cover him!
  14. Honored to have Dave Eyster on board now as our newest Moderator! He has been running our events at Carlisle for a while now, is extremely well versed in our product line, and knows much about detailing. Besides being a genuine detail freak, he is a truly fantastic human, and every time we connect, it's a blast! Thank You and Welcome Dave!!!
  15. Wow, that looks great! Also, thanks Matt for this: BDP is pH neutral. "Plasti-dip just doesn't hold onto brake dust that well. You could advertise Deep Wheel Cleaner as a touchless cleaner for plasti-dipped rims."
  16. So, how was it at 8K RPM's??
  17. Hi Dennis, congrats on your new Stingray! Great input here. White is an easy color to maintain, and unless you are staring at the finish under the garage lights, you might be good for a simple plan. If you are up for a simple plan, here's what I would do: Wash & Dry thoroughly, Car Shampoo, Great White Drying Towel, etc. Clay Bar the paint, class, and wheels. (Vettes come new with contamination...all of them do! Clay removes it safely and easily.) Are you are happy with the finish? Apply a coat of Liquid Paint Sealant to all of the above mentioned surfaces. (Florida sun is hot, and it sounds like you will be parking the car outside during the day, at work, play, golf?) Want a better finish? Hand apply a coat of Revive Polish, then follow with the Sealant. Thanks Dennis, and again, congrats!
  18. When I heard that Dylan was dismissed from SCG, I called him immediately, and invited him to lunch. We immediately offered to bring him back, as he was a pivotal part of the growth that we experienced while he was on our team. Let's face it, Dylan rocks, and we would love to have him back! He is looking at several options currently, and will be making a decision that is best for his family, and bank account! SEMA is next week, and he has multiple offers and meetings. We did part ways on good terms, and would love to have Dylan on our team again....... Go Dylan, and no matter what, we support him and his family!
  19. Different smell, cleaner, and I'm a big fan! Keep a 4oz bottle in my door panel at all times. You are dead on with the 2 coats of LC after using the L&IC....
  20. No sweat on the perforated seats, won't hurt a thing. You just made me think about a video we need to shoot. When to use Leather & Interior Cleaner, vs. when to use Total Interior Detailer..... Leather & Interior Cleaner should be used on a super dirty interior, one that hasn't been cleaned in 5K miles or more. Use a Microfiber Utility Towel when possible, and only resort to a Cockpit Brush if the surface can't be cleaned effectively with a towel wipe. NOTE: 99% of the time, a towel will suffice. Total Interior Detailer is the go-to product for regular use. It has enough cleaner in it to maintain a regularly cleaned interior. Suppose I should leak this.....there is an upgraded Total Interior Detailer coming soon, and it rocks. A tad more cleaning capability, and a nicer finish is left behind, darker, with more UV protection.....stay tuned!!
  21. Just looked up the BDP, and it sounds like amazing stuff, "Never touch your wheels again!." Did it work as advertised, spray on, let set for 2 min, then hose off? That would be considered an acid cleaner, and while very effective, it might not be a great product to use regularly. If you are looking for a safe way to clean the spoiler, our Car Shampoo might do the trick....but if it's mega dirty, and that doesn't cut it, try our All Purpose Cleaner, spray on a MF towel, then wipe it down. That should do it. As for your wheels, you will like the way our Deep Wheel Cleaner works. Not an acid, and very effective. For a more economical cleaner, use either our All Purpose Cleaner, or our Green Wheel Cleaner. Show us some pix of your Mopar!
