  1. What I meant was I see another post where Dylan was asking for someone to provide feedback after using a competitors product. Why not start a thread (since its obviously not a secret at this point) where hundreds among thousands of forum users provide feedback so the product is created around what the majority needs. Not saying you have to reveal all the company secrets.
  2. I would bet that quick sealant would be more applicable for plastic headlight lenses and glass sealant for glass, but I'm no expert.
  3. I mean the old saying of "two heads are better than one" can be taken out of context to mean "two thousand heads are better than a few".
  4. Nothing is a secret around here, lol. As soon as one or two people know its on the forum.
  5. This is just a thought, and I'm sure someone will say "if you email this to them there is a specific address". Yes, I'm aware of that information and I'm also aware that Mook and Dylan are on top of these threads. I'm putting this out there to see how many forum members agree with it. I read somewhere in a post last night about a new product that was in R&D. So I thought to myself, it would be pretty cool if Adam's started a section where they listed "new" products that they are currently looking to research and develop. It would give members like us the opportunity to provide input and maybe lead the Adam's team in a direction the members would like to see the products developed. This would eliminate having to redesign products that come out (although I'm not too sure anything has been redesigned thus far) if the members started buying products and then everyone says "it is a great product, but would have been better if...... It would also give members some input as to what products are being developed so they don't go to other manufacturers and buy those products now, because they weren't aware Adam's was releasing them soon (example: Foam gun, new tire brush, carpet scrubbing brush, etc). There are a wide variety of members here who are very talented in many different areas of developing and designing things, so why not put their expertise to use for free? It would also motivate more members to come back to the forum more often so they can see the newest ideas being developed. In the end we all win. Anybody agree or am I the only one here?
  6. Here's mine with two 50ft sections together to make 100ft. I'm pretty sure this is 5/8.
  7. If your time is worth more than your money, sell it on here and upgrade. I started out with the flex and I haven't had any issues.
  8. Lol shameless plug. Looks good. I have discovered that I can get the svrt pretty glossy if I go really heavy. Wasn't sure if you were doing something different.
  9. Nice. What did you use on the tires because it looks much glossier than a normal svrt application.
  10. Go to the dealer order page and its on page 2. Not sure if you can complete the transaction but everything is sold individually there.
  11. I could be wrong here but I believe you should only apply bg under Americana and not over. I think applying it over will begin to degrade the Americana. If that's the case maybe try buttery wax instead of bg on top.
  12. Buy online from the store and use the forum members discount code. And while you're at it order everything else you may need so you can take advantage if flat rate shipping.
  13. Try using a mixture of Adams shampoo and water in a sprayer instead.
  14. I agree. Of course you would need big bold letters stating its concentrated to avoid new threads like "I sprayed APC on my rims and accidentally got it on my paint and my paint fell off. Is this normal?" Lol
  15. I know my f250 comes standard with a 5 year 100k mile power train warranty.
  16. Well the sealant will degrade if you use the apc or gwc on it once you seal it. So i was told to dilute some Adams shampoo in a spray bottle and use that with the boars hair brush to clean the rims once they are sealed, instead of using chemicals. That way I'm not stripping the sealant.
  17. Adam's Polishes - Adam's FOCUS 4" Metal Polishing Pad If you want to get a little crazy and maybe make your life easier, why not do the above steps and after the quick sealant throw some BG and Americana on top of that. That should make them like a mirror. I'm still kinda new at this stuff myself, I'm sure the pro's will chime in when they wake up. Post up some before and after pics though!
  18. Why not order two 4" pads for metal (blue), hit them with metal polish 1&2 using either a cordless driil or a pc, then throw quick sealant on them and use a boars hair brush with some diluted car shampoo in a spray bottle to maintain them?
  19. My tuned f250 is pushing about 1250ft lb.
