Hey Guys I was kinda worried as well, being that this is also my first order and i wasn't sure what to expect, but I didn't consider all the factors (the promotion, and the fact i ordered just before the weekend) I guess it doesn't help that I am kinda like a little kid when i am expecting something i cant wait to get it :mail:and if there is a tracking option ill check it every day.
Now I don't want to Speak for Bill (since I don't know him) but i get the impression he feels the same as i do just curious and anxious to try the product. Not mad at all.
Actually at first i found it kinda odd/funny that you guys are worried about a disgruntled customer when from bills posts(to me at least) hes seems content and just curious, but I guess this just backs your reputation of great customer service.
Myself I firmly believe in giving people a chance to fix a problem ( not that there was one here) or explain before you get all worked up. Some times things happen (or should i say valentines sales happen). People are to crazy nowadays about this kinda stuff.
