i appreciate everything you and Adam are doing to resolve the situation.  makes it a heck of a lot easier to deal with knowing the character of the people behind the company.  

That should entitle Roger to a new tub of Americiana.  
 
 

Just FYI, you can get as close to perfect with a PC as you can with any machine. Given the right products and technique, it is more than capable just not the fastest option. You do not have to sacrifice on your percentage of correction with the PC. And the Flex guys who are switching to Rupes are simply the ones who are a- buying into the hype and/or b- never truly liked the Flex and its tendency to walk. I haven't heard anyone say its much faster than the Flex, only more comfortable and versitile.

hi, I'm disappointed with the leather conditioner. all products Adam's are great, but not this one. it wax leather and shine. , I still want my leather mat. wax and therefore it makes the leather slippery and change the color of the leather. and now the leather creaking when I move.
I hope it does not clog the pores of the leather!?
 
I also conditioning plastics and now everything is polished and slightly shiny. I'll have to remove everything.

As far as big corporations go Apple is certainly one of the better 'customer service' ones IMO... they're about as big as big gets and the fact they have any kind of customer support is pretty unusual. Think of all the companies that just don't. 
 
But I agree... its definitely not Adam's type customer service, though I'm unsure it could be done at that scale... this is why we will always be a small, privately owned, business. 

I used Adams products on my iMac. Then use my iMac to order more Adams products.
