Team Adam's
The most recent update to our instructional video series, available online now! The much anticipated update is done and available online now for your viewing pleasure! We've taken an all new approach to how we do these videos, each process is shot more as a segment onto itself. Now when updates happen to a product or process we can plug in a new segment on a new vehicle and keep our customers up to date on the most relevant info versus waiting until the entire video series is due for update. This means more frequent video updates to some of the sub-chapters and upcoming FAQ videos that will focus on commonly asked question within each process to help you discover your shine potential easier than ever before! indyb6
I like the new videos, but I have to say - the cameraman consistently focused on people's faces rather than the area they were working on. In the VRT demonstration video (dressing the tires), even when Adam specifically says "zoom in here" - the camera does not do that and keeps concentrating on Adam's face and then haphazardly focuses on the area that Adam wanted to show. Not trying to be too critical, but this is something I noticed right off the bat.. Now, all the people at Adam's are photogenic , but it would have been better if the videos concentrated on the subject. Great videos otherwise. Thanks for feeding the addiction
MAYBEN
it took a lot out of me not to make a thread on here for these I was only able to watch a few so far.. good stuff!!
dipolley
i just ran through the videos. I am going to see about doing a training day with our Team to get them acquainted with the awesome new products and some changes to the processes. The video quality is tremendously better than the previous videos. Doing production over two days was brilliant, you guys don't look and sound nearly as tired towards the end. I especially like Dylan plugging the home uses we have all discovered over winter time! After watching I wish i would have taken the time to come out for the filming to meet everyone I have not met yet. Next time. Congrats to Mook on his first speaking role in the videos. I only got thru chapter 8 last night and hoped to watch more from my phone thru tapatalk. Unfortunately I was unable to access the link. Although I guess I can just go to the forum site the my web browser and view from there. See what I did there.....I just solved my issue while typing this out. Theres a couple of decent YT capture programs out there that allow you to rip the video down and save as a video file. I've kicked around the idea of offering the videos on a thumb drive as well... thats still a possibility.
goheels
Just a couple observations: (1) Adam should have mentioned using a damp towel in between the L+IC and the conditioner. (This instruction is also on the bottle.) As mentioned on a previous thread, skipping this step causes white residue to form on the plastics/glass/leather - in my hands at least. (2) Ashley didn't get enough air time... too much dylan.

Problem seems to really only be prevalent on Corvettes, Camaros and a few other specific cars due to the plastic manufacturing process used. I've never had to do a damp towel wipe on any of my trucks and I'd say 90% of my customer details. We can't feasibly address every individual potential issue with a specific make/model in a few minute video - also, the videos are NEVER intended to take the place of reading the labels of the products.
