teky929rr
Unfortunately we have idiots in this world, but my coworker's 2010 Dodge Journey was recently vandalized with spray paint. Any suggestions on getting spray paint off the car?
Chewy
I believe they sell a graffiti remover... I was thinking Auto-Zone has it... I found this: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100197013&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=100197013&cm_mmc=shopping-_-googlebase-_-D24X-_-100197013 Chris
Chris@Adams
If its not to heavy you could use Adams Clay Bar. The quick and easy secret is Adam's Detail Clay!
Team Adam's
Yea, depending on the severity of it you might be able to remedy the problem with the claybar. It will depend entirely on how heavy the spray is, how long its been on there, and what kind of paint it was.

b_pappy
You want to use the mildest method you can to remove the damage. Years ago I resorted to Lacquer thinner (not paint thinner) to remove graffiti from a car. If you go that route you'll have lots of polishing ahead of you, but the thinner should not damage the cured factory paint. Always test in a small inconspicuous area first. Rich
I've actually removed road paint with just detail spray and a lot of elbow grease. But it sounds like you have a lot more than that. I'd try the clay bar and detail spray first, then go from there. Good luck.
Junkman2008
I have always been able to remove spray paint with just a PC and some SHR. Quick and easy. Just don't leave it on for two years and expect it to come off.
