welcome2thedawn
:hi:hi...i'm dawn...i live in portland oregon...after spending over $300 to get my car detailed, and seeing all of the things they didn't do...i decided to learn how to do it myself...they didn't clean any of the door jams...they were supposed to clean the engine, instead they just put way too much armour all on the top...the swirl marks and overspray weren't removed...i know i can do better than that...looking forward to learning as much as i can
Nordgrey
You picked the right place to learn about swirl hunting. And these folks will keep you entertained in the process.

SonicHD
Welcome Dawn! Nice to see another Portlander come around. You just missed a detail clinic last weekend. What is it you'd be detailing, anyway?

Doug123
This is the place - there is hope for your overspray, hope for your swirls, and hope for getting rid of that messy Armor all gunk. The products, tools, and techniques are here. And plenty of information readily available from a pretty nice bunch of car enthusiasts.
Junkman2008
Dawn, your detailing experience was similar to why I started detailing my own ride. I can big time relate to your situation. Welcome to the forum!
