I have one for sure new never used but possibly two bottles, let me know if you need them?

Yesterday the Chef, her husband and I went to the State Farmers market and there was about 10 or different items they got.  Following that we went to a Mexican grocery store and they got Chorizo, Al Pastor, Carne Asada and Chicken and some other items that I have no idea what the name is.
 
All of the meats were cooked on the grill while the Chef made Sopes in the house and prepared all the other fixings.  Once everything was done you grab one of the Sopes and then you pile on whatever you want and top it with a little Feta and they were fantastic.
 
Even though she's running two restaurants and we've paid off all her school loans, she's still willing to cook for us on her day off.  I can assure everyone that we do appreciate and enjoy it.

Patriot is excellent wax.  Great protection, long lasting, and easy as heck to put on and off. But while it was changed to include a TINY amount of Si02,  I would stick with the Ceramic Wax since it is made for use with the ceramic line.  

That looks AMAZING!  And if given the option, I'll take that "little" chunk of beef off your hands!

Maybe it was the years living in Alaska, but fish is my preferred food, which is probably noted from most of my food postings.   There is nothing like starting the grill and then catching the salmon to put on it.     You can get fresh fish, including pacific Halibut and Salmon in South Carolina as long as you plan and are willing to pay.

Fish is nobody’s favorite because they either serve not so fresh fish. Fish that is fresh has no smell to it and is tasty. I’m also not a fish person because most places serve caca lol but not me, it’s to die for lol. 

Actually, fish is not my favorite. But I still enjoy your posts nonetheless!!

This is the makings of my famous pasta sauce, I make it with Pork loin, sausage, and two racks of ribs and a pork roast this one has been cooking for two days and I still have one day left of cooking.
