  1. For inside the door handles I put a bit of polish on a microfiber towel and work it in the paint with my hand. Works well for me
  2. Rinseless washes for sure. Quick, easy, safe and effective, can't beat it.
  3. Sweeeeeet, definitely need more pictures of it!! Also, glad to hear you had a relatively smooth process and didn't have to fight to get it sorted out.
  4. Nice thread, missed it before. Great work!
  5. To be fair, it wasn't listed as a "how to" video, but I agree, it could've shown proper technique and been a bit clearer on how to use everything correctly. Interested to see people's thoughts on how it compares to the old formula and the diluted rinseless. Edit: does anyone else not have the Adam's youtube videos appear in their subscriptions section? I never have them in there and always miss out on the newer videos.
  6. First, definitely post pics of the before/during/after so we can all see the progress! Secondly, you will be fine with that combo, especially if the paint isn't too hammered.
  7. Try melting it down, and let us know how it goes
  8. ^they look great!! Much nicer looking than the originals
  9. Still have almost 3 gallons of Waterless Wash. Guess I'll be using that a ton this summer
  10. Beautiful, excellent work
  11. As stated, the thread was locked due to the growing negativity of the thread, not so much the initial post. Also as stated, paint correction is a work of art, and something that takes time, practice, knowledge, skill, and sometimes even some luck. The videos provide a great starting point into the general ideas of how to do everything, but just like everything else in life, the only way you truly learn how to do anything is to go out, make a few mistakes, learn from them and continue on. There is simply no way that any detailer or company could make a video series to cover every possible scenario (in your case, the rear end being dirtier/more contaminated). That is the purpose of the forum, being able to ask more specific questions to get more specific answers. We're all here to help each other out and to enjoy this shared passion of ours, so hopefully everyone can move on and treat this as just another learning experience. To the OP, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me or anyone else on this forum (I know you asked for Adam, but the team is very busy this time of year so that may not happen).
  12. I haven't personally done it but several people in the past use them in that manner and it produced great results
  13. ^this. Keep the sane ratio that you've been using, and you'll be fine
  14. Nothing wrong at all with doing spot corrections
  15. Second on the Wheel Woolie, and I believe some people have even cut the bristles of the fender brush down to help it fit into tighter areas. But I couldn't give any advice with that as I've never personally done it, maybe someone will chime in about it.
  16. I use APC with the trim and lug brush for heavier cleanings, then waterless wash each wash to keep the jambs looking good
  17. I have a ton too, just save them in case any break, or you could always try giving them away. I'm sure you'll find takers!
