  1. Good suggestion TheWolf, except I don't have a free shelf. As much as I like Adam's products, there are other brands I use due to Adam's not making certain products I use. Mixing Adam's bottles is one thing, but mixing different brands? NOCD! Anywho I thought about it, I live in So Cal, bug remover's one product I don't think I'd ever need. And the tire and wheel? I already have wheel cleaner and tire and rubber. So I don't really think I need that one either.
  2. Saw the bug remover & wheel and tire cleaner, and it's damn sad something as simple as a new bottle can get me riled up. My OCD won't like seeing different bottles (heaven forbid) in my detailing cabinet. Are these bottles different because of the chemical that's in them, or will they be coming to the rest of the products? When you change your labels some years back, I had to re-order 6 almost full bottles to get the new labels because my OCD was in high gear. I'm wondering if I'll have to do the same thing here - not complaining, just curious.
  3. I could email CS, but that would require me trying to remember the new password I set, or I could call tomorrow - but I bet I'll forget by then lol. In the description there's no what's included section. I have no idea what the 2 bag looking thingies on top of the green glass towels are.
  4. Nice nice pic, but serious does anyone know what's the degrees on the coating? That seems to be a bullet point on a lot of others, but I'm not seeing it mentioned anywhere in the description on the store here.
  5. did Adam's reformulate rinseless wash? My bottle smells like the OP said, berry candy. The web site say it smells like Watermelon. I don't need more rinseless ATM, but if it smells like watermelon I might need that
  6. Someone help me understand something here. The black trim restore darkens, has ceramic, and is cheaper. The trim coating says "protection for months and months" the black trim restore "ceramic protection for years" Unless I'm missing something, why would I want to go with the trim coating? Even if I didn't care about restoring my trim, the description makes it sound like it protects a whole lot longer. There's obviously a reason Adam's offers both, but I'm just not seeing it.
  7. At the time I bought it, it was the only large bag you guys offered. It had the 16oz elastic bottle holders. I see the size of this one in it's description, I'm trying to figure out if it's the same bag as I already have. Without me having to clean my garage to find it lol.
  8. am I remember incorrectly, or isn't this a product that can be wiped off with a MF? I'm looking to minimize my water usage as I'm a mobile detailer who pushes eco-friend. I have no pressure washer and keep a 1.5 gallon sprayer for anything where I absolutely need to use water.
  9. *BUMP OLD THREAD* I see a 6 pack in the store, but you get what you get. You should make a build your own with 6, or 12 pack.
  10. I'm in Riverside CA, so I NEED to get to the Anaheim store soon. I'm curious if the web site's running whatever sale, will the same thing be at the store? I'll go to buy a couple products, and knowinh me probably end up with enough to re-fill up my large Adam's bag. I like the instant gratification of going to a store and walking out with something. But, I like 15-20% online sales too
  11. I bought a large bag from Adam's like 3-4 years ago. It's buried somewhere in my garage so I can't go get it to measure the size. Are these two the same bags?
  12. I'm pondering mixing up 5 gallons of rinseless in a waterless dilution with distilled water. I'd probably go thru about a gallon a week. Not sure if things start to break down though.
  13. For anyone who's used the foaming sprayer, is the tip adjustable besides horizontal or vertical? I currently have a Kwazar foaming Venus sprayer and the spray is a very very wide fan. Maybe this is the way all foaming sprayers have to work. I'm looking for something I can spray a smaller more direct stream.
  14. looks sweet with the cup holder, with one on each side I could detail + have 4 beers on call.
  15. LOL figures, last year I ordered like 12 of the new ones and threw out all my old sprayers *sigh*
  16. Hummmm, can anyone who knows comment on this? On their product page it's showing the newer sprayers for the 3 pack.
  17. The OCD part of me was kind of sad to see the 4 bottled products I ordered all came with the old spray head *1st world problem lol* saw a single soft towel I don't remember ordering, then I remembered the free towel on orders over $100. hummm now I gotta go order some of the new sprayers. *1st world problems*
  18. did a neighbors FX4, wasn't the super cab but it still sucked. His is raised too which make detailing it suck even more, it was almost impossible for me to do the window lol. Don't think you could pay me enough to clay and correct one of these, no way Jose.
  19. all your neighbors know you well enough to know not to bring up Armor All around you. You've bought 20+ different glass cleaners in an attempt to find the best one. You've spent over $30 on a bottle of glass cleaner, not a gallon jug just a small/regular sized bottle. You detail half your car with a new product and have it looking brand new, and leave the other half untouched and drive around with your car like that for a month. So you can test how good the new product is.
  20. I got all new sprayers for my collection + a few new products yesterday. Was excited to get them in the mail, and I wonder why I'm single lol. Well, the new sprayers seem really nice, haven't used them yet but hope to today. The OCD in me needs to replace a few of those bottles so I can have all the same labels A big shout out to everyone on here who's Valentines-less today.
  21. Picked up 4 new Adam's products this week. Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner - Friends car has light seats with some stains on them. Was too lazy to dig around to find the gallon jug of what I normally use (yeap that's lazy lol) and didn't want to break out my cheapy Bissel Spotclean Auto. So naturally I decided why not order a new Adam's product to try? Hey, it made sense to me anywho. I think when I find some interior with really really bad stains I'll try mixing it with hot water in my Bissel to see how it performs. I couldn't find my Adam's interior brush, so I used a different one. Was very impressed at how well it worked and how easily the stains came out. I'll probably buy a gallon (or 5) once the bottle runs out and I've used up the gallon of other stuff. I like how it didn't soap up. And it seemed to wipe off easy. Leather & Interior Cleaner - Her dash wasn't dirty, maybe a few light spots here and there, was mostly just dusty. Can't comment on how well it works on dirty interior, but it got the spots I saw right out. And a few white scuffs just vanished. After ordering I read that this is basically a stronger alternative to Adam's TID. Which I also use and like. I didn't test in an inconspicuous area, but I don't *think* this is something that'll be too strong and possibly reek havoc on some plastics and leather. Although I have assumed this in the past with another brand (high end one) and ended up causing some un-fixable-ness to a friends BMW interior. The product ended up being too strong. So maybe it's best to always test first lol. I did follow the directions as far as wiping it down with a slightly damp MF afterwards. The adam's not the stuff that messed up my friends car. Leather Conditioner - Her car has no leather, but the bottle says you can use it on plastic and vinyl. It smells just like leather, and it left just the slightest bit of something on top of the matte finish. So it looked nice, it was weird how the next morning her leather-less car still smelled like new leather. I applied it with a MF sponge. I did not use the APC so I cannot comment on it. PROS: They all worked Didn't cost too much a little goes a long way CONS: Didn't order direct from Adams, so I got the old sprayers (boo!) and no mints (double BOO!)
  22. in the video he cleans the tires with the tier & rubber cleaner, but it doesn't show him or have him mention rinsing it off. Is it possible to use just a a MF towel to remove it?
  23. I like this idea, the OCD in me would like labels too. I think with the exception of a waterless or the wheel cleaner 8oz of everything I use would be plenty. I have the large Adam's bag the one that holds 12 bottles. Would love to order the medium bag and have it full of 8 oz bottles.
