  1. Wow! That turned out great! Welcome to the forum also.
  2. Welcome Steve! Check out the videos on the website and the youtube channel too. They are a great way to learn the products and processes.
  3. I really liked the video! Great info and a simple easy to follow plan for maintaining a ride in the winter.
  4. Sealant applied (Zach you may want to go read the first post on this thread)
  5. Lol! Would you after feeling a single soft!?
  6. Dan, I have read portions of this thread here and there but I just took the time (3-4 evenings!) to read it from start to finish. Needless to say, I am even more blown away by your passion for all this than I was before. That will be a nice one owner truck for someone to get when you upgrade. As others posted here in the past, I appreciate being able to reference you when trying to explain to my wife how I'm not as crazy as some people.
  7. I was never a "detailer" but I have cleaned hundreds or thousands of cars. When I was in high school I worked at a local car lot as the car washer/detailer. Mostly I washed the inventory but occasionally got in on a detail of a trade in or an auction purchase. We used a lot of Zep products as well as some other stuff that I don't remember. Fast forward to a couple years ago, I was building my Chevelle, and I thought I knew what I was going to use to keep it up. I would use "the best", Mothers and Megs . After I finished the Chevelle and had been washing and waxing it with "the best" and using, what I know now to be, junk microfiber towels, I had a buddy who had his car polished before our car show. The guy who polished it told him about this wax he uses...buttery wax. Told him it was the best stuff he had found, was really easy to use and you could even use it in the sun. This guy even said he waxed his truck almost every wash it was so easy. Well needless to say, it took me another year before I went in to the body shop to ask about this buttery wax. I went in and talked to the guy who had recommended it to my friend and he had a new bottle he sold me. He also said that this Adam's place had really nice wash soap and he couldn't stop talking about the Undercarriage Spray. About 2 weeks after I bought that bottle of buttery wax I had watched almost every video Adam's had on YouTube and had changed a bunch of my wash routine and had placed an order for nearly $550 worth of product and gear! That first order was at the end of August and I have been so impressed with everything that I have acquired nearly every chemical and a good selection of towels, brushes and even a Rupes 15 & Mini.
  8. A week ago there was about 4-6 inches of snow here and then we had rain for a solid week. Snow all melted, creeks are muddy and running high and then yesterday, as you can see, the snow came back. 10 minutes before I took that picture it was just overcast and no snow on the ground. An hour or two after I took that picture we had 4 inches on the ground again! I don't mind winter, I just wish it would make up its mind and be winter or not, LOL. I would prefer 18°-20° temps and either snow or sunshine all winter but in my area it seems to be cold or luke warm...no in-between.
  9. Cockpit brush here. for $13 bucks regular price or about $11.05 right now with the %15 off code it is a steal for how nice they are.
  10. Mystery boxes come up every so often and are always available for alimited amount of time or a limited amount of boxes to be sold. Keep an eye on the website or here on the company info and announcements.
