  1. looks great! Aluminum polishing is a hard but rewarding job and it looks like your reward was a nice one on these!
  2. Welcome Andrew! You wont be disappointed with the products and service at Adam's. As for prep for the xpel, there are guys here that know way more about it than me but I am sure you wont want to seal and wax under it. It will likely need to be cleaned with wax and grease remover or alcohol before it goes on but I'm not sure. I know you will want to get the paint as perfect as you want it before it goes on though because what you cover with the film will be there until the film comes off. Looks like a sweet car though...I like that color!
  3. Looking forward to it. I like that idea. I was just thinking it would be a cheap, easy addition for Adam's some day when they were ordering a round of labels. A little added value to the product without costing the company anything extra. This was probably what I was going to do. I was also thinking of marking the bottle above the label on the clear section of the bottle. Thanks for the replies everybody.
  4. I have a suggestion for the bottle labels. Not a big change or anything but a small addition. I think it would be useful and handy to have a small rectangle or circle on the back or side away from the main section that was left white for marking the dilution. It would only be needed on the products that are diluted such as APC, DWC, LIC, CUC, even VRT. It could also be included on the RW bottle so once you used up a 16oz you could use it for a diluted spray bottle. This would make the bottles match for those of us who like to keep everything neat and tidy in our storage cabinet or cart. I know Adam's offers the blank label bottles and the 32oz dilution bottle but I still plan to use a standard APC and DWC bottle for my diluted product also and it would be nice and clean to have a spot on the label to mark it 1:1 or 2:1 or whatever you mix it. This is out of my field of expertise but I don't think it would change the price to print the label either as the color is already used. What do you all think? Any reason this wouldn't work or is a bad idea? Lets hear it.

  9. According to metrovac's website the sidekick doesn't have a heating element. If they do heat the air would someone explain to me how they do it. Motor heat maybe? But I can't see getting a noticeable amount of heat from that.
  10. Welcome Ron! Post up some pics of your truck. I also drive a '15 Silverado crew. Mine is a Midnight edition. I love the truck.
  11. Welcome Dean! Post some pics of that shiny ride. Oh and don't be surprised if after you start using Adam's you car is better than showroom shiny!
  12. ok kids, that's enough. LOL I can see both sides of this argument and I think it is a personal preference thing...that being said, in THIS video the boss man himself answers the question. I believe it is at about :50 to 1:00 min in that he talks about it.
  13. Jim, you knucklehead, that's not a pickup! all kidding aside, nice ride you got there Paul!
