In all honesty, we haven't been approving or disapproving a number of reviews in the last month. 
 
Adam and I just sat down to look at this thread. We found dozens of reviews, both positive and negative that were overlooked in our system. 
 
Look again and you should notice a bunch of new reviews!

I personally prefer the horizon series. I dont play the motorsports because i find the horizons to be more fun, but both get great reviews

The way i see it, if i am happy with the products i use from adams, it does not matter to me whether reviews are censored or not

I'm excited for Horizon 3, but I think I'll be even more excited when it's time for Forza 7!  

I am not a gamer, but my 15 year old so writes for Game Zone.com and Monkeys Fighting Robots.com. He has been posting a lot of information on what is going on at the E3 conference. I don't know if he did any of the Beta testing for the Forza Horizon? He will get most of the new games sent to him before the release so he can do a review on them. Nice for me because I don't have to pay for the game, plus he get paid for the articles he writes.

I'm only one person here overseeing this forum from Adam's, as well as about 10 other forums; emails, calls, and live chats with Ben; direct messages on Instagram and Facebook, reddit, questions on the ObsessedGarage facebook group, texts, etc...and it does get overwhelming at times.
 
A lot of nights I've been working until around midnight in some capacity since February working on my other tasks, so the forum does not always get the proper amount of attention by me due to other responsibilities, especially during the busiest detailing months of the year, like right now. We do show right in the new Waterless Wash video in a pop-up bubble that the new product does add some shine, and it has been mentioned earlier in this thread. It's an all-new formula that we have reworked. It does have some slight shine enhancement to it unlike the old Waterless Wash, but it should not build up over time, also stated in the video. We do honor our 110% satisfaction guarantee, so if you try out the new formula and it's not for you, let us know and we'll be happy to do a return and refund the purchase price. If you liked the old Waterless for a paint cleaner, you might be better off doing an IPA wipe-down after you use up any of the old formula Waterless Wash that you may have.

The old formula waterless wash was strictly a cleaner and did not add any amount of shine like Detail Spray, Rinseless Wash, Brilliant Glaze, etc, so some like to use it to wipe down the vehicle before polishing to prep the surface that way.
 
Me personally, when I'm machine polishing, I'm almost always claying beforehand, so I will clay with Detail Spray, wipe the residue with a clean microfiber towel, and then go straight to polishing, as it saves me some time during the detail process

This is probably the largest multi-quote I've ever done (I quoted more posts but I reached the max number), so I'm going to address it all at once, pointing out first that nearly all of these quotes derailed the original topic and intent of this thread and could have warranted their own thread.
 
As I said in the Waterless Wash thread a little while ago, the past few weeks have been more than immensely busy, and I have not had time to read through every post of every new topic on the forum - I try to quickly browse through and address questions and issues, but we are humans and can and will overlook things. I am sorry about that and for not responding for more than 10 days, and that is not "answer enough" as stated. It was brought to my attention by the moderation team over the weekend, and I just now have time to respond since the storm has calmed from the Father's Day Sale. Had I seen how much off-topic discussion this was generating in this thread, I would have moved it to a separate thread, but there's no point now. My PM's are also 100% full at the moment, because I simply haven't had time to take a minute to take a breathe and get to those
 
When product reviews are submitted, they are read and either approved or not approved. Two employees handle this process, neither of which is me, and they have dozens of other responsibilities. I've mentioned it before but I think it bears repeating - Adam's is a very small company of around 15 fulltime employees. We do not have a large staff, so it may take us a while to process product reviews that come in. Moderators and Admins do not have access to the product reviews that are submitted, as they only have control over things here on adamsforums.com, not adamspolishes.com. Like any business, we can receive a large amount of reviews, some of which are malicious and unwarranted, possibly due to another person or company purposely giving a negative review to bring down an overall rating of a product. This happens on our Amazon store as well, and we do try to protect the company from these types of incidents and look out for our best interests, as any business would.
 
Other reviews might be honest and say that a product wasn't what they were totally expecting and may only be rated 3 out of 5 stars for example, and if it's an honest review, they have every right to post it to the site for everyone to see. If we see reviews with a lot of curse words and so on at the PG-13 to R-rated movie level, whether in anger or excitement, poor grammar, poorly translated English from another language, etc, we may not post those, as we try to keep the company image clean and family friendly - that is always how it's been, and I imagine it will continue to be that way for the foreseeable future.
 
We've even reached out to customers that submit negative reviews to see if there is anything we can do to make things right, so I apologize if we unfairly did not submit 2 out of the 30 reviews mentioned above. So in summary, yes, we may choose to publish or not publish a review, but there are more factors involved other than simply something like "This customer submitted a 3 star review, so we won't approve that one." Several of the reviews I posted years ago are still up on the site, completely unedited, and far before I was ever a moderator or employee.
 
We try to be as honest as possible about everything for all aspects of the company without giving away proprietary information, but if you have other issues with our review process that you would rather keep to yourself, as you stated rrmccabe, there is no way that we can improve on things if we are not made aware of them, so please send us an email to tips@adamspolishes.com for the whole team to see if you would rather not discuss them here.

Honestly, the moderators have nothing to do with what reviews get posted or not. So how can we answer that question? We're not evading your inquiries.  We just can't answer the question.

We moderators (at least me, and I shouldn't speak for all of us) don't have anything to do with reviews. All the mods do here is try and keep the peace and help everyone get the best results from the products.  What goes on in the company is company business.  Who does?  I don't know for sure.  But as far as I know, Adam does not personally censor the reviews.  I'm only speaking on my knowledge and for myself. 

Here's my set up. Just have decide on a way to mount the deionizer tanks to the cart. Also a pic of my gallon jugs with easy pour spouts. The spouts do not work with the car soap.

I just wanted all my detailing stuff together and opted for a cart thinking that would be the hot setup. In reality buying or building a wall cabinet would have been a better choice and freed up the floor space as the cart only gets moved to wash the floor
 
I try to keep dedicated tasks together. So one corner of shop has a bench for small fabrication including electrical stuff.  One area and benches is for woodworking and the opposite has steel benches along with with TIG welders, etc.  None of my projects play well together so I keep them apart.
 
As a detailing "newbie" I envisioned that the cart would get moved to the vehicle but it was a stupid thought.
