Half gallon of HGG that needs to go, just pay shipping.

You would be okay strip washing and applying paint sealant every 6 months.

Wow that’s a heck of a save! I probably would have purchased a new bumper before even considering a project like that. Well done!

I agree with all of your reviews... basically for the same reasons too.

Unfortunately there’s many thing Adams won’t create because it’s not cost effective. Example number one was when people wanted an Adams windshield wiper fluid. Fabric Sealant may be a possibility but I think it’s a stretch. Never know though!

^This. When I bought my house first thing I did before moving in furniture was book Stanley Steemer to come in and clean the carpets. The guy said they were absolutely disgusting.

Rooms to Go tried to get me to buy their fabric protection for $70 per couch and I just bought a $9 pair of Scotchgard cans off amazon and did it myself. OP give that a shot, just make sure you spray in a well ventilated area...

Check it out my friend. This is just the beginning but huge shout to Dan Wolf for his engineering wisdom and brainstorming to help me install and wire in my new Utilitech linkable leds. I still plan to work down the sides of the garage once I get more lighting funds but here’s the start, and it’s already a 1000 times better than the old single fluorescent fixture there was before.About time, now all you have left to do is Garage LEDs , then you’re done lol.

I really like when shipping goes with a theme, like wheels/tires, or interior, or basic wash, etc. It seems like there was more thought put into those.

It's actually not a patented item, as other detailing companies have a similar model to our standard foam gun, but we will absolutely help out if a product is giving issues. If it was purchased from one of our authorized resellers, I would recommend to contact them first to see if they can help immediately with repair or replacement of an item; however, if an item was purchased directly from us, it's best to contact us first.
My mistake with wording. When I said "patented" I was more referring to that it was heavily advertised by Adams as being the solution to purchasers that didn't want to spend the $100 on the premium version.
With that being said, I hope the OP finds a solution to his leaking issue.

If I have my windows up at any point during my dog's rides in the 4Runner, they punish me with serious nose art. Because of this we drive around with all the windows down, including the lift gate window, all the time. I've found the aerosol glass cleaner to clean off basically anything on my windows with ease, including nose art that's been baked on for a month.
-
I haven't tried either, I don't want to contact them cause I just had an issue with my SK they might think I'm lying...
also I bought it from a dealer so I feel maybe they won't fix it
If it’s an adams product then they should honor it, regardless of the middle man. They pocketed that money somewhere along the line. Also, that foam gun is essentially an Adams patented item, since they broadcasted it as being the alternative to the premium. Definitely give them a call regardless. Adams customer service really is incredible.

Yeah, I was kind of thinking the same, or maybe the towel was to saturated and I just need to re clean it. I don't want to use Brilliant Glaze because it is the outside of the window, from what I understand that is a inside window trick.
Brilliant Glaze will work on the exterior too, but I prefer to use Revive Hand Polish to clean exterior windows. I use it to take off hard water spots at least once a month. If you’re set on starting over just hit it with a clay bar or RHP, then start fresh. Trying to track down haze solutions can be a huge pain at times.
-
I’d hit it with a clay bar and start over. Your haze could be anything between a plain dirty windshield to uncured sealant.
-
A leak there I could understand because like the hose could be rusty or something similar or just not fit great, but like leaking inside really is a let down.
Were you able to fix it? Or did you call Adams?

Be weary that a lot of the products have different reactions to varying temps. My garage in Florida gets crazy hot and I went to use my VRT one day and found it had the consistency of milk. My new bottle now lives in the house.
-
$12?? Geez you live in Maine? (Lol I find that funny because I used to live there) But for real I can ship from Florida to Cali in a USPS priority regional rate for $10, and that’s a 2 day delivery. I keep saying Adams needs to revamp their shipping options but every time I do I get dumped all over... small company, small staff, etc. Your best bet would be to find a local dealer or buy elsewhere.

Swapped out all my exterior flood lights with LED lights. Old owner had used interior flood lights outside and I didn’t realize it until I busted one while moving my ladder around the windows while boarding up for the hurricane. Turns out that broken lightbulb was the only hurricane casualty at my house... as my wife LOVES to point out. Regardless, the LED floods are a nice upgrade at $11 a bulb.

I always seem to have some suds left over in my wash bucket or foam gun. It works well to clay with. This might fit another thread but can a person clay over guard and gloss or is there a need to reapply after claying?
You’ll need to reapply protection after claying
-
40 bucks is still 40 bucks. I don’t have the foam gun because I can’t justify its use, but I would check to see if there’s any leaking O-rings or cracked plastic. Maybe try Teflon tape on connections that don’t utilize o-rings. If it’s nothing simple that you can fix with a trick then call into Adams for more help or a replacement.

^^^Nice.
Agree with Chris. I like the black. Looks good, Dustin.
Looks really good!
Thank you! It’s been a project I’ve been wanting to do forever but the company that makes these overlays charges an extravagant amount and it took me a while to justify the cost to my wife... and myself as well honestly. It’s the simple things that make the difference

I've had both and I prefer the Swirlkillers for the reason listed above, that the cyclo is very bulky and hard to maneuver into restricted places. With all the progressive curves on newer cars, the SKs make a formidable pair.
