It’s a great product. The gloss and slickness it adds is the best part. Of course the smell is a nice bonus too.

This product can be tricky to use at first. I know it was a pain for me. But after using it a few times and learning a trick from someone on IG, I’ve got the method down for a wet application.
Make sure to have 2-3 towels depending on the vehicle. I’ve learned that while the panel is still wet. Spray a mist of H20 on the panel. Spread the product In and wait 10-15 seconds depending on temps etc, and then buff off. Can’t wait too long or the product will streak and you’ll need to re-wet the area and buff again. I find that trying to buff it off immediately after spreading it across a panel, leaves me wiping and wiping and wiping. Letting it haze up a tad makes it so much easier for me. Some may already know this and some may not. Thought I’d share my experience. Also, if the vehicle hasn’t been clayed and the paint is rough. It’s not going to be as easy to apply. Here’s a couple pics from this evenings wash.

I used egg whites, oats, banana and protein powder. Sugar free syrup and drizzled some honey on them.

I’ve done some wet sanding myself. It’s a scary process haha. Nice job and great results you got. Flat paint looks amazing. The sun shots should be nice for you too. Here are my results. But my sanding was on a 2k dollar daily beater lolol.

Maybe just a new wax they’re releasing. Maybe it’s Silica wax. I have some silica wax from another company and it’s great! Longevity is way better than regular waxes.

Ls1transam got a reaction from Liralen in One step polish durability
So to anyone who is wondering about the durability in the new One Step. I did a few test spots on November 12. It’s now December 21 and after washing the car, the water on those test spots was pretty much flat. It did slowly dissipate. So I’d say about a month of durability is all you’ll get. This is my daily driver and it sits outside all the time. That’s just my experience.

I agree 100%. I have another AIO that was still going after 2 months. It was dying out but, was still there.

I dried a car yesterday without a drying aid too. It was annoying to say the least.

After almost being completely over Bronchitis. I got out this evening and washed, clayed and sealed my sisters car. This car needs polished bad. In the spring it will be polished and coated. This was just to get it through the winter. I first did a pre rinse to knock off all the non bonded dirt. Next I used Adam’s foam gun and foamed the car down to loosen the bonded contaminants. Rinsed again, and then did my 2 bucket wash. After washing, I rinsed the dirt and soap away. Foamed the car again to act as my clay lubricant and began claying the car. Dried with the old style Adam’s drying towel. Which basically just pushed the water around. I guess the temps made it more difficult with drying. Used my Rupes 15mm MKll and Adam’s grey foam pad to spread the non Adam’s sealant. Let it cure for 30 minutes and then wiped off with a single soft towel. Wheels were also sealed with a spray style sealant.
