  1. As the saying goes........"time flies when you're having FUN!"
  2. Never knew there was such a place! Learn something new every day. Well, I guess the ride out 22 is out of the question.
  3. Like EVERYONE else has said......use the Leather Conditioner in your car. Use it on your dash because it has a high SPF factor and will help prevent sun damage like fading and drying out. I use it on my steering wheel, seats, dash, doors...........anything that has vinyl or leather. And the smell is really nice too. Plus it does clean while you're putting it on. One thing to note: if you apply one coat and you notice streaking or white areas, it doesn't mean the product isn't working. What's happening is that the fabric is absorbing the product at different rates. You may need to add a second or even a third coat to get a uniform finish. But it 's one of Adam's best products out there, bar none.
  4. First, try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I've been tempted to try the Swirl and Haze Remover on my bathroom counters as well with the PC, but haven't gotten around to it yet. We have a new porcelain sink and a pot left a big mark on it on Thanksgiving. We tried Soft Scrub and Comet, didn't work. So the wife remembered that she had some Pfaltzgraff porcelain cleaner (for dishes) that she tried and it took the mark right out. It's real similar to the stuff they clean smooth stove tops with. See if you can find some of that. If you have a Boscov's or Macy's type store in your area that sells Pfaltzgraff dishes, they will probably sell the stuff.
  5. Hey Ken! I live in Johnstown as well (assuming you mean PA and not NY). Take a ride out 22 to Grabiak Chevrolet. Ray carries a full line of Adam's products at the same prices. Saves on shipping, and you help a fairly local business. Plus he's a great guy. Welcome to the forum! :welcomebanner:

    Hello!

Welcome to the forum Gerardo! :welcomebanner:
  7. Welcome J! Just wait till you get that Brilliant Glaze on your red. You won't believe how good it will look. Nice truck. :welcomebanner:
  8. Welcome to the forum Tanner! :welcomebanner:
  9. Gotta love a Steeler fan! GO STEELERS!! Oh, and nice car! :2thumbs:
  10. If you wash it with Tide (I do) be sure to use LIQUID Tide or you'll be finding undisolved granules in your mitt!
  11. It depends on what your cover is made from. Didn't it come with cleaning instructions? I've never washed mine, but I put a fleece cover on the car before I put the winter cover on.
  12. The only time UPS comes to my house these days is when he brings more toys for the grandkids that my wife ordered online!!
  13. Very cool. I've seen that quite often in Pa. and it will make you stop and take notice every time.
  14. You should just wash it in the washer. It's car wash shampoo, so should just come out. If not, then wash it with a LITTLE bit of APC.
  15. No, it came framed just like it is. The middle of it with the car and printing is brushed and cut stainless steel.....very cool My other one is acrylic, and it is signed by the judge who chose it. I may take it with me next August and get Lou (Allvette.net) to sign it for me. I don't think Adam is a judge yet. But I'm not sure on that one. If not........he should be!
  16. The award finally came. Not too shabby......and it matches my car!
  17. Your thanks is appreciated Adam. But I'm the one who is thankful to you. For being a friend. For allowing me to help in a small way on this forum. For making such great products that I'm proud to use and refer people to. Most of all, for being a friend. Hope you and Melissa and the kids had a great holiday. Thanks again. Rich
  18. That's about the most freakin beautiful thing ever. That and Foose's Grand Master are in a class all their own. Gorgeous! You lucky dog.
  19. Just be sure to give her a good waxing and seal when you've got the marks out.
  20. When I had the black Vette, I drove to a car show and it stormed on the way. Got to the show, the sun was out, and guess what I used to clean her up? Yep........WW! I had an audience, believe me. Nobody could believe that I was wiping that thing down. But it came out beautiful (used 2 bottles of it!), and didn't scratch the paint. I gave away a lot of samples that day!! So I'd say you're good to go.
  21. Almost sounds like the same kind of marks I got on the vert from a piece of fabric that comes out when the top is up and covers the opening. I had to take it to a dealership and they used mild rubbing compound to get the marks off. The guy rubbed his rear off by hand and then said he should have walked up to the shop to get a machine. So if you have a PC, try that. He used 3M finishing compound in the purple bottle. Shoudl work. Good luck.
  22. Let's get real here. I seriously doubt that it's in there. Nobody contacted me about it or sending in a pic or anything. Let's not forget! It's not just Adam's FORUM cars......it's Adam's CUSTOMER'S cars. That's a heck of a lot of really nice rides! But I ordered a calendar anyhow!
