I have always used 303 on the motor home awning, tonneau cover and hot tub cover and never had a streaking problem.  My last hot tub cover lasted over 10 years and it was the inside that started coming apart and absorbing water.  While I think the leather conditioner is a very good product and I use it on interior leather and vinyl, I would need a lot of convincing to use it on outside items replacing 303.  For the hot tub, I do the cover in the fall and spring.  For the spring treatment, I do it right after pollen season and it gets a good cleaning first.

Always heard good things about 303. Might have to try it.

Congrats on the new ride! Its always exciting to have a new car. Really dislike that dealers put those front plates on without checking with customers first. Manufacturers should really do something better about mounting these as well.

Have fun getting her all clean and shiny!

My dealer got the car from another state that requires front license plates. I agree that dealers should hold off on putting those brackets on until the car is sold.

Best of luck with the new car.  No better time than the present to pick up the new 9H Ceramic Coatings. :2thumbs:

Kind of thinking a clear wrap and coating when the windows get tinted.

  4. Picked up my first new vehicle since 1988... It's the only one I've seen in my little part of the country!!! Dealer said it was probably the only one within 1,000 miles. They may have been right, as I went to build one of Fords site and there were none within 500 miles of me. Ford calls it White Gold. It looked very ugly on Fords site, but after seeing a F-150 at the dealer, I said this is the color. The 2 holes in the bumper were from a front license plat holder that I had the dealer remove. They now have plugs in them and look similar to sensor.

I don't recommend using the leather cleaner. Your dash isn't dirty and it's new, so I'd skip that step.  Save the cleaner for heavy marks, etc.  But the leather conditioner is what you do want to put on it, even if it's not real leather. It has a good SPF to help protect your dash from sun damage like fading or drying out. Just put some on a micro and apply and rub in.  If you get some streaking, don't worry about it, just reapply until it's the way you like it.  Streaking just means that some areas are dryer than others and absorbing the product faster.  You can use either leather conditioner or interior detailer to dust with after that.  I prefer just the one product, the conditioner for the same reasons stated.
