So part of my load was the new brilliant glaze and was dying to give it a trying with my Americana wax (huge shout out to Dan the Man) and I'm stunned on how well those products work together. First of all the add on and off process was super easy with a double polishing mf towel. I live in south Texas very very south so the temperature over here is crazy so I really didn't know what to expect on the drying process. But after letting it heal for 7 minutes each the wipe on and off was very easy. After that I applied some detail spray to get some panels that still had some polish.

I love it guys! If you do not have it I would recommend in getting one asap! I love how it handles, its very smooth and painless to work with. The compounds were so easy in applying and didn't get a lot of product in the pads to get the results. On to the pictures, hence it was just a quick pass and didn't take but like 5 minutes to get those the swirls off. I'm planning on buying clear bra to put there to avoid further scratches. FYI I'm not a pro I'm just a regular diy guy so believe me guys it really easy to use,  don't be scared in trying the swirl killer mini!

T&RC is much better than APC on tires. However, you may have to give it 3 or 4 rounds of spraying and scrubbing with soapy water before the bubbles start to turn white instead of brown... but seeing brown suds during the first couple rounds is oddly satisfying lol. But give it a chance and you'll be impressed.

Not yet that I'm aware of. I will ask again today.

Unfortunately we're a very small company of less than 25 employees, and it takes lots of planning, logistics, and cost to plan out a show and drive the truck and trailer around the country, which Adam does himself quite frequently.

There is a chance that we may do one of the Good Guys shows in Texas later in the year, but I can't promise anything.

Just wanted to say WOW on the car shampoo. Very first time I have ever used it. Loved the suds and the smell. Washed the car out in the sunlight and not one issue except my hose kinking. Washed the entire car in about 15 minutes. Used the Adams bucket and grit guard as well.

Very impressed and will be buying more. Used the
ADAM'S 10" CAR WASH PAD and it did the job but is there anything that is better ? Like the red wash mit ?

I applied Glass Sealant and Boost in the direct sun just because it says not to lol. I wanted to see what would happen. So I tested it on my old truck that gets maybe 500 miles a year. Instead of doing half the windshield I broke it down into quarters. I had no issues at all. Applied a sticker on my daily too lol.

So not knowing that sealing paint was a thing and learning as I go, I took a recently clayed, corrected , polished and waxed car (100% Adams products) and then strip washed, feeled around to confirm claying was unnecessary, paint sealed with a PC on 1 and patriot waxed (again, 100% Adams products adding in the paint sealer and upgrading to the Patriot wax).

Here is the end result, not bad for a 2013 DD with ~40k miles.  Now I have to repeat this same process on three other cars...

For $15 you could get a 16oz bottle of Rinseless Wash and put 2 ounces in a gallon jug and have a gallon of Clay Lube. Its so easy. There is no need for to make a dedicated lube. Sorry I'm just failing to see the upside of a dedicated lube.

For $15 you can get 8 gallons of clay lube.

    Very cool video!

Good news too - if you saw our Instagram feed today or my post on here from earlier, due to very positive response of comments, phone calls, emails, etc from everyone, we're bringing back the original red Car Shampoo in gallon size before the end of the month too!

Matt said we'll initially have 500 one-gallon jugs poured and we'll see how those sell to gauge whether it's something we will keep around longer.

To be totally honest with you, I personally love both the old red shampoo and the current blue shampoo that we offer in terms of how effective they clean and rinse, but I always had a soft spot for how good the red shampoo smells, and I suspect many others would agree with that too considering how many people I've talked to the last 2 or 3 years at Carlisle and other shows, as well as on the phones for the last year or so!

^^^ Just to clarify, it's a similar tool in design and function, but not the same.

The Swirl Killer Mini and Rupes Mini are both awesome tools, and yes you can get into some pretty tight spots with it and 4" pads. Other than some very sharp angle curves, emblem lettering, small 1" areas around bumpers or wheels, and underneath door handles, there aren't too many places that I am unable to reach with it. For those tiny areas, the Rupes Nano works outstanding.

I've used the Rupes Mini or our Swirl Killer Mini on I would say 100% of the vehicles that I have paint corrected in the last 2 years. There is always a spot or two on each vehicle where it pays off to have one in time, results, and ease of use in my personal opinion.

The Swirl Killer Mini corrects incredibly well, and I'm usually only running it at speed 3 or 4 out of 6 for most swirl mark removal in tight areas. Keep in mind that the machine is designed for spot correction, and is not intended to polish out an entire door or hood for example. Running the machine at speed 6 for a prolonged period will heat up the backing plate, so that is something to keep in mind, but as I already mentioned, running it at speed 4 gives me excellent results in most instances. It's a great machine, and we would not offer it if it did not give exceptional results.

The polishes on our website that come with our kits (and sold individually) are all the newest formulas that were first released in November 2016.

Here are some nice before/afters using the Swirl Killer Mini on a few vehicles I've done recently:

    Swirled vinyl before:

Vinyl greatly improved after, using the Swirl Killer Mini at speed 3.5, 4" Orange Foam Pad, and orange Correcting Polish:

After on the rear door B-pillar, before on the front door B-pillar, you can see a very visible line where the 4" pad overlapped into the front door B-pillar and the swirls had not yet been corrected:

And on the driver piano black door pillar of my SS, a fairly nasty scratch that was there since the car was on the showroom floor (the white line you see on the rear passenger pillar is actually the reflection of an extension cord hanging from my ceiling):

I used a prototype version of the Swirl Killer Mini for this one back in August - Correcting Polish with a Microfiber Cutting Pad first:

And after a few steps and finishing with a White Foam Pad and Finishing Polish, the large majority of the scratch was removed. I didn't want to go too aggressive and cause more issues:

I second the McCulloch 1385. I bought it off Shane's recommendation and I don't regret it one bit. It's useful around the house as well.

A steamer is NOT an extractor. They're two different tools. A steamer uses high temperature steam at a pressure to help mobilize stains and to clean through the use of water. It's very useful for stubborn stains since the heat and pressure really loosen things up with some light agitation. Be cautious though since they are pretty hot they can melt sensitive plastics if you leave it one spot too long or loosen adhesives (good or bad depending on the goal).

The steamer I use is a McCollough MC1385. For $200ish it's a great machine and works very well. I don't use it on every detail I do. But it does have it's place.

An extractor is like a shop vac that also uses heated water to help mobilize. The heated water loosens contamination and the vacuum portion pulls it all out of the surface. Some people use the Bissell handheld versions. Some people use bigger machines. I have a MyTee 8070 and it works well.

    Hope that helps.

Eric, what kind of polisher do you own? I'm going to say do a plastic sandwich bag test on the car. Once you wash your car, rub a sandwich bag on your paint, if it feels gritty or sticks as you rub lightly you will need to clay.

I'm going to say clay the car, it's better to keep the contaminants off the paint then to leave them and follow with Adams H2O Guard and gloss for protection.

Eric remember today's orbitals are very user friendly, and are easy to use, there is nothing to be scared of. I know it seems like a lot to learn but honestly if you take your time and do one panel at a time you can master a orbital within a hour. A few key things when using a orbital always keep the machine moving, stay away from the edges, start and stop the machine on the paint, last but not least watch the adams videos and you'll be having a therapy session in your garage in no time at all.
