  1. To follow up, these are both the old products. I emailed Mint Condition Car Care, and they assured me the only thing that had changed was the scent....hahaha Needless to say I never wrote back, or it would have been ugly. They are still up for trade in case someone would be interested. And I will email Adam's the info provided, from a well known dealer, which I think Adams would be interested in hearing.
  2. It has a mild smell, not chemicals, but not coconut. I just tried a smidge, went on and buffed very easy.
  3. No problem, the picture must have failed, sorry Edit------iPhone and iPad wont allow pictures today, ill keep trying
  4. I know there are some of you that like the old detailer. Anyways, I just got these in a Mint Condition MB looking for... Glass Boost Or anything
  5. i don't have Americana, but I did this a month or 2 ago with Buttery
  6. Looks freakin awesome!!!! I actually did my Tahoe tonight, took all of 20 mins with a DA. Very cool stuff! My question for others out there, which adds more gloss, Brilliant Glaze or Buttery Wax?
  7. I did my driver side only with VRT, for the reasons you stated, they were slippery until it rained or got washed. The second time i did it, i waited a week so it could settle in and then GG over top to "seal" the VRT in
  8. Very nice car, and great job! Im on my 3rd black car, new Chevy Tahoe, got it with 300 miles, and im with you on the rake thing! Only had time to correct the hood so far, but its a huge hood, took 2 hours, and had to go above the correcting polish also. Lessons learned. Thanks for sharing the good info!
  9. Welcome, that thing looks dripping wet!! We're all obsessed here, and Forums are part of the therapy
  10. I use...uhhhh... all 3 Blue Red And Peach I Like them all. I Just rotate the peach around my GG applications. Basically my car gets some sort of protection once a month. Whether GG, buttery, or Peach soap
  11. I have 2 acres. The Ventrac came with the house, as a perk, because we have a very steep hill, 20-30 degree slope depending where you are at. and I got a plow for it, this past winter, but barely got to use it.
  12. Another 2 weeks have gone by since my last application of tire shine... mainy dry roads and hot sun were seen. Yesterday, Friday, I put 30 miles of moderate rain driving on the vehicle. You can see for yourself, how it holds up. Not too shabby. You can even see how dirty the car is, yet we still have shine on the tires I actually have a really hard time trying to scrub this stuff off my tires. And i never get it all. I spend an hour and 3 different products, never get it all
  13. I like that Silverado, so we will def need pics!
  14. Here it is folks, the moment (some of) you have been waiting for. My Tahoe has once again gone 2 weeks without a bucket wash. And they have been doing a lot of concrete work at my job this week. Replacing side walks, driveways, and drains. Tons of dust and crap!! For that reason, I didnt do a Waterless either, because i didnt want to risk scratches. Right after I write this, I will start a full 2 bucket! Anyways, it was super dirty and dusty. Today was the first day I drove her in the rain. So it was 30miles of light to moderate rain. To me both sides appear the same. The pictures arent the best because one side is sunny and the other is shady. Even with all the dirt on the vehicle, I'd say most was the concrete dust. Previously with just wax on it, there was a lot more dirt STUCK on the low sides and behind the wheels. The dirt in these pictures, will most like wash away with a good hose stream, the dirt is kinda just there, and not caked on there, like I have seen with wax. The rear tailgate was split, half GG and half Boost. The entire tailgate looks the same. There is no difference to me or on camera. The first 3 pics are the driver side GG Pictures 4&5 are the BOOST And the tailgate is obvious. The car is filthy, i blame all the shine on ADAM's!! EDIT-UPDATE-------------------- After washing the vehicle, I have more findings. I used throwback shampoo with a 10" wash pad Water beads better on GG side of vehicle, including low side and behind wheels, in those tricky areas it beads just like the upper sides, there is no difference. On the boost side of the vehicle, the top sides bead great, but the low sides are slower, and water sticks on the low sides directly behind the wheels...in those areas, i re-applied boost after drying the vehicle. I applied GG to the roof for the first time today. I did not re apply anything to the driver side(GG side of vehicle) The tailgate of the Tahoe, beaded fine, on both the GG and Boost side, no re-applications needed. The end
  15. I got one at Carlisle in May. I have misplaced it though. Hopefully they mail them out to the regulars! (I know another company that does...)
  16. Clean and sealed my dads car today at our cook out. Hot and very busy, as i was cooking also, whew!! Washed, clayed, sealed. Sealed and boosted windows, glazed interior wondows, and leather conditioned all interior hard surfaces. Oh and tire shine(kockdown a tad)
  17. Good review and great knowledge, thank you. Was there any dressing on your tire?
  18. Fathers' Day ribs are rubbed. I always do them 12hrs in advanced. They will cook for 4 hours tomorrow. While they cook I am detailing the old man's car for him, it is suppose to 95 degrees, should be pretty sweet. Also doing chicken, hot dogs, corn, beans, 3 salads, fruits, veggies, and chips. My ribs are always a hit and are invited to every party, I think I watch too many cooking shows!
  19. I kept my immaculate interior, immaculate! Did the glass in the tahoe, and inside the house, with Adam's Green!
