How do you store/carry your tools and supplies?

I feel There is a lot more info we need before we can help. We need specific detergent. I use another companies microfiber wash along with "ALL's FREE AND CLEAR DETERGENT" a couple ounces of both. Water shouldnt be over 130 degrees, the fibers melt at 140. How did you dry them? My dirtiest towels always come out looking brand new. I use warm water, both detergents and super low dryer heat, or just air only. Also you cannot use dryer sheets or softners, it is recommended that you use free and clear, because detergents with scents all have some sort of softners in them.

how do you post a pic to a post/thread? -
Appearance out of the 2, I like VRT. 1 application(1 coat), it had a good shine which I like and even coverage! lasted 2 weeks, but that's only because I drove thru a monsoon for 60 miles at the 2week mark, some of the vertical ridges of the front tires was still present, the rears...the vrt was completely gone. I currently have 1 application(coat) of tire shine on, it wore off after 30-40 miles of driving, and was then only apparent in the vertical ridges. Edit edit edit June 4th After applying tire shine more liberally, it has lasted over 300 miles of driving. About 60 of that was on wet roads, with light to drizzle rain. And this milage is over an 8 day period. The tires still look great! Some wear around the inner edge and outer edge, but i def feel the tire shine has outlasted VRT. Both products look similar when applied, and keep that look for a good but, as mentioned above the VRT held up til it rained, wondering how tire shine will do in super heavy rains. First pic is when i applied it, second and third pic is 7 days later.

wax, glaze, sealant on windows and lights
Nickfire20 replied to camp316's question in Exterior Protection & Enhancement
Just a thought, I would not polish the headlights, unless they are oxidized already. If you polish them you may remove the factory clear coat and if they are in good condition, I always glaze and wax them, to prevent the cloudy, oxidized lights. Of course we are talking plastic ones not glass. -
I've had Detail Spray leak half a bottle in a standing position. last month so it had the new sprayer

I put glaze on my inner windshield the other day, just curious if wax would do the same? -
New Buttery Wax
Nickfire20 replied to SumBeach35's topic in Product Polls, Feedback, and Company Input
New butter is a dream to work with and leaves a super smooth finish. I did the glaze first as stated above, but i did an entire side before buffing, and the glaze got stubborn, guess i need to do smaller areas. The wax however came off super easy at one time for each entire side of the vehicle. Definitely a great product! -

New Buttery Wax
Nickfire20 replied to SumBeach35's topic in Product Polls, Feedback, and Company Input
So, I only did one panel so far...the wife had me doing other things around the house. But I had to try it out. Anyways, Brilliant Glaze first, then locked it in with the NEW BUTTER. Its as easy as the GLAZE, in fact the glaze was a little harder because it went on heavier, because it comes out of the bottle quicker. Moving along, the new buttery wax smells good, and is as easy as described. Oh and I applied and buffed by hand. Hope to finish the whole truck tonight, then will post a pic. -

Car Shampoo is amazing

I have the red also, and I used it yesterday for the first time. It was overcast and about 65-70 degrees out. I washed quick and rinsed within 5minutes. It dried all over my gorgeous black paint and wouldn't rinse off. It wouldn't come off either when I towel dried, with detail spray. I physically had to use A LOT of elbow grease on each section of my Tahoe while using almost half a bottle of detail spray to get the soap staining off. At first I thought it may have been from VRT slinging (I just cleaned the wheels and tires on Friday and applied it, it is now all gone after driving thru the rain ) but since the staining was on the hood and windshield also, I know it was not the VRT sling. Any suggestions? -

Just curious, when did the current detail spray edition come out and what is the difference between the current and the old?
