Welcome to the group.
I recommend you pick up a DAILY DRIVER DETAIL KIT. It's on sale now for $129.99 plus 18% off. It should get you off to a great start and has the clay bar you were looking for plus the basics for a complete car wash. I'm sure others members will offer up other options. Bottom line....... you can't go wrong when you choose Adam's Polishes. All of the products work well and you'll find it's easy to choose the right product for the right purpose.

You'll definitely want to wash them separately. My wash routine for G&G towels includes a presoak with APC in warm water for 30 minutes or so. I follow that up by draining the pre-soak bucket and hitting the borderless greys with a few sprays of Microfiber Revitalizer front and back before they go into the washer. I use a few ounces of MR in the washer, set on warm and use a second rinse cycle. Dry on delicate with low heat for just a short time, then let them hang on an open drying rack to dry completely before I fold them and store them away for the next use.

I stand corrected then.
No worries. That's why we all chip in to offer up help and answer that type of question for each other.
P.S. Let me know if you have any room left in your garage for any extra vehicles. Most of mine sit out in the driveway.

Waterless Wash can safely be used on Ceramic Coated vehicles. The description on the product page even suggests it has no gloss enhancers just lubricants and wetting agents, so no wax.

I’ll reach out to Adams this week and see what I can do to get some support from them. Thinking maybe sometime end of April or in May. It would give people time to clear their schedule and make arrangements.
I can count you in in as a possible attendee?
Yes, you can count me in as a possible attendee, pending any conflicts with the date.

Hi Shane, you know I think it's a great idea. To throw in my 2 cents, I'd suggest you schedule it on a Saturday rather than a Sunday, if you weren't already. Maybe suggest that everyone bring whatever polisher they have so they can learn on their own equipment, as a way to help familiarize themselves with it. Maybe also ask a few of us to dig up a few old wheels to demonstrate your air brush technique with the Ceramic coating application.
Now, if you can get Adam's to send along some product for demos, that would be great. Maybe even send along some "yet to be released" products for the loyal Adams Forums members to get a first look.

Anyone have an idea? Bought a daily driver kit and was going to detail the car today. Went to watch the video but it seems to be gone now from the product detail page.
IIRC, the sequence is as follows...
1) wheel/tire/fender wells
2) 1-bucket wash
3) clay entire vehicle with detail spray
4) water rinse
5) dry with H2O G&G
Does that sound about right?
Sounds like you have pretty good memory. The sequence looks right to me.

Okay. I may be crazy. But the smell of the wheel cleaner is addicting. I find myself smelling the bottle once in a while just cause. Can we get a air freshener of that?
I'd say you are definitely in the minority here, if not crazy. Most people think the wheel cleaner smells horrible, myself included. I'm certain Adam's would never turn it into an air freshener.

I really like the idea of having the ability to apply the wheel cleaner as a foam. Before the latest evolution of wheel cleaner was released, ( I believe ) the previous version came with a foaming sprayer. It just seems like it helped the product cover and stick better. I'll be including one with my next order.

Hi Keagan,
Depending on how dirty your vehicle is, you can do either. If you have a lot of dirt or salt on the surface, you should pre-rinse, foam, rinse again and then proceed with your two bucket wash. If the vehicle is fairly clean and you are performing a regular maintenance wash, you can pre-rinse, foam, then go right into your normal two bucket wash. There really is no "supposed to". It's more a matter of preference. The foam cannon allows you to add lots of foam that will loosen and carry away surface contaminants prior to washing to help reduce the risk of scratches.

Welcome, Joe. Post up some pics of your Camaro. We loves us some pictures on this here forum.

You can get bottle racks like tbarn has from several sources. Griot's Garage has 35/32oz and 16/22oz versions available. Also check out Hout and eTundra for examples.

Biggest "must have" for a black car owner...........patience.
Seriously, as Nick mentioned, Brilliant Glaze will give you an incredible shine and help fill in some minor scratches and hide some swirls. You'll also want to pick up some H2O Guard & Gloss for use after every few washes as a drying aid that provides routine protection.
