It only makes sense for both Adam's and the Customer to have complete information filled in onto an account.

We did some 'house cleaning' on Sunday afternoon. 
 
The store maintenance program merged duplicate accounts (apparently a lot of you like to checkout without logging in) and booted out some accounts that didn't have complete contact information. 
 
If for any reason you are unable to log in to place your next order shoot us an email (orders@adamspolishes.com) and we'll get you squared away. 
 
Since we were answering dozens of emails a day about "wheres my tracking number" for orders that had already shipped we figured we'd force a few of you to have to finalize registration for the site and keep 1 account with proper log in credentials.

In many circles, the Flex 3401 is the top of the line for dual action machines right now.  There is nothing better I have used (yet) in this class.

The feedback we got this weekend on the new products from our distributors and the feedback we've been getting from testers has been stellar. Someone, whos opinion on this stuff is one I hold in high esteem, stated that we had topped one of the most widely used 2 step systems in the industry, one he currently uses a lot. 
 
Of everyone whos had a chance to grab and work with these new products I don't think I've heard anyone less than impressed so they are going to be big for us. 
 
I will say that the launch is not happening this weekend (contrary to what many people are speculating). The new products are still a little ways out. We have to get inventory in house to meet the initial demand, get packaging sorted out, shoot videos for support, etc. 

I wish it was as easy as just finding new products and hitting the GO button, but there are a lot of moving parts at work, so stay tuned. They're not far off, but not happening as soon as many of you have emailed asking. 

Remember what it takes to bring a product to market for Adams.
 
#1 testing, more testing, and then have some other people test to see if they agree that it's good and if not, reformulate and try again.
 
#2 Product manufacturing (they have to have it made)
 
#3 Marketing (labels, web store, pictures, and how-to videos all have to be created)
 
#4 Old inventory (They need to get rid of the old before selling the new if it's replacing the current product)
 
That's only a small part of what has to be done.  I'm amazed Adams shared with us that a new one is coming out as soon as they did to be honest.  Before, they just released it and we all danced and rejoiced.  
 
I hope MF pads ARE part of this.  I've tried some and I have to say I LOVE them.  

According to the wholesale page, Adam's is distributing PCP to it's dealers.  Next you'll see the "dealers" selling PCP to the public.

The rough concept will be access to pre-release info for new products, chances to be part of beta testing, and VIP specials on products. Access will be granted based on purchase history/dollars spent. 
Stay tuned... lots of things to work into it, but thats our next little project. 

The forums definitely seem to have about 99.9% of the bugs worked out, but please continue to report issues or difficulties here as you spot them. 
 
Now that the overall experience is dialed in we can start to implement some of the cool plug-ins. Some of these updates will include VIP customer areas that you can only gain access to with your purchase history.

Right?  I tried some new stuff out that made correcting about 3 times faster than usual and that was nice! Back 3-4 years ago I was OK with taking days to correct paint, but with a family now, I need FAST. 
 
But 8 hours only did the outside.  Heck, I didn't even get to the door jams or wheels.  I knew there was a chance of rain so I just wanted to get the big chunks off.  lol 

I had a basil cell removed from my ear this AM and took the day off.
 
I did a quick 8 hour detail on the G8. First since September.
 
Here are some HORRIBLE pics I took with my iPad. All I did was wash, clay, correct the surfaces facing up and put a coat of AQS on it. I'll do more when my RAM comes in in a couple of weeks!

Honestly I've always been a fan of using the middle name as tribute to someone important in your family. Tanners middle name was the name of my wifes grandfather (rip)
 
Is there anyone on either side of your family that has had an especially big impact on your or your wife? A grandparent that you were close to or something?

My wife says "Noel" .

But I don't have a middle name, so don't ask me.

We are in the final stages of approval for these.  What's the mean to the End User?  You could see this as soon as the end of the month, or you could see this as soon as the end of the year!  We have a lot that goes into a New Product.  Lots more than simply identifying then testing it out.  Labels, presentation, videos, etc...all that has to happen first.

My car needs its spring correction which is waiting until the new RAM gets here.  I'm planning on buying and using the new compound and polish!
