Just wanted to say how great Adam's customer service is.

My day job is being the parts department manager at Shafiroff Racing and I speak with vendors ALL day long.

I had a slight issue with a 6.5" orange pad and I sent the team an email. All they asked me for was an order number that it came on and the very next day they sent out a replacement! To boot, they threw in a bottle of orange correcting polish  How nice of them is that?!

Just wanted to share with everyone how fast, easy and delightful this experience was.

    Thanks guys!

I'll second this. E-mailed them to let them know that a couple items were missing from a recent order. Within a couple hours I had an e-mail back saying, "Sorry. We'll get those out right away." My next e-mail was a shipping confirmation.

Gave my mother's car some lovin' the other weekend....It was much needed. Every time I washed the car I felt all the "grit" underneath my wash mitt even though the paint "looked" clean. It has never been clayed in it's 130,000 miles of driving and it has certainly never been polished before.

I did all the normal wheel well cleaning, tire scrubbing, wheel face/barrel cleaning first and then I got to the good stuff....

I gave it a nice "strip wash" using another brand's soap that is PH rated at 11 which helps pull any old sealant/wax off the vehicle. I then clayed it with a visco clay bar and my homemade detail spray. The amount of gunk that was on the roof was incredible....

After that I rinsed it down, dried it off and applied VRT to all the plastic trims as to not stain it from any polish/wax. I then wiped the paint down with a "paint prep" otherwise known as wax & grease remover so my polishing pads performance was not affected from anything still on the paint.

I used Adams 21mm SK with their orange pads and another company's compound for a one step polish. I topped it all of with some BW to really make the red POP. It's some nice factory paint that hasn't shined this well since it was new. Overall I worked for about 6-7 hours on it including a quick interior detail (no pictures of that, though). Tires were done with VRT by the way...

There were some more serious defects that I could've gone after with a microfiber cutting pad and some more aggressive compound, but this is a daily driver with 130,000 miles on it so I would say this is perfect for her.

I placed a decent size order during the last mystery bucket sale which included the Detail Boy shirts and a few detail boy/girl stickers. One shirt was for me and one was for my son. While the package was inbound, the day of the delivery, FedEx marked the package as damaged, not deliverable. I called Adam's and spoke to one of their sales reps, Chandler. He said typically they wait until the damaged package is returned, see what product(s) are damaged, replaced those, re-box and then ship back out. He saw that I had some of the Detail Boy shirts in there which sparked the conversation of hoping they were ok because he knew inventory was running low on them. I said to him, I'd hate for you all to get the box back and see that the shirts were messed up and then not have inventory to replace it. He said you're right, I'll deal with FedEx and getting the damaged package back but in the meantime I'll make sure a new box is sent out to you ASAP so that you don't miss out on the Detail Boy shirts! 24 hours later I had a new order in my account and a tracking number in my email! Thanks Chandler and Adam's!

^^^ This! I applied VRT to every plastic piece of trim on my mother's car before polishing/waxing and it helps a ton. I only missed one spot and that is when I went back and scrubbed it with APC
