I suppose you're gearing the SHR more towards machine use. (SHR Orange FMP White MSW Grey) but the Revive is orange too, so that might get confusing for hand polishers or people who use Revive with a PC. just my $.02

Hmm I'd say use blue painter's tape to protect the edges of the painted surface, but the design of the wheels is too intricate to do that. I'd take my time and use very little metal polish on the pad, so if you do accidentally wipe it on the painted part, it isn't a significant amount and would be easier to wipe off quickly. I don't know if it will damage the paint but it's better to play on the safe side.

good morning indeed...this morning I discovered my car had a friend spend the night without my permission soo where did this other vette come from? turns out it belongs to a friend of my dad whose garage is falling apart so he's keeping it here for a week. it's a turquoise metallic 1991 ZR1 serial 00065, the first of only three of this color made with saddle interior. it left the factory with chrome 5-spokes and no ZR1 badge on the front fenders. think he'll trade? didn't need to stop for coffee after seeing this

stickers are good for garage walls but for the car itself I'd prefer a static cling. this way 1. it's not permanent, and 2. it goes on the inside of the window so it doesn't get ruined by washing, etc.

I say stick with pink. When I'm 'in the zone' detailing I don't have time to read labels, I just look in the bag and grab based on color. I don't want to accidentally spray carpet cleaner on my paint.

I'd prefer it if they at least complimented either the exterior or interior color. Some cars now let you change between red, orange, green, blue, etc.

I didn't make 06 but I made 07 and 08. The food is pretty damn good too and that's coming from someone who lives in the New Haven Area Rich you are right, the heat in 07 was ungodly. I had on spf30 and still looked like my car at the end of the day bring on 09

I've always used Canon digital cameras and found they are extremely easy to use and are of exceptional quality. Most of the Nikons are over $800.

I had a chance this weekend to break out the 4oz trial bottle of Glass Cleaner and do a side-by-side with Stoners Invisible Glass. I treated the outside and inside of the windshield of my daily driver, half Stoners and half Adam's. The immediate results were that they were indistinguishable, which is great considering that after using Stoner's I've found myself trying to roll up my windows when they're already up. My DD stays outside but we haven't had a good rain yet this week so I'll report back on beading/waterspots/dirt/etc once it gets some abuse.

Hey I just looked at the label on my new bottle and there's a typo. Step 3 says to start on the 'parameter' of each panel before filling in the rest. It should be perimeter.
