Stretch before and after.  There are plenty of stretches and exercises on the internet to assist you in keeping fresh.  Ice helps me also.  I stay away from any pills save for Aleve every now and again when I have to.
 
Staying hydrated also helps your joints.

Advil and Aleve.  I hate using machines, so I've always done it by hand. There's no shortcuts or different ways to do it.  When I start hurting, I take a break, and take a couple aspirin.  That's about all you can do. Sorry bud, no magic formulas.

Best of luck Dylan. It is clear to any regular Adam's user that you were an integral part of the company, going way beyond the call of duty on many fronts, and being such a small company I'm sure you wore many different hats and had to help put out many fires during your time there.  Let alone that small mater of bringing about new product to keep the product line fresh and relevant. You have been an invaluable asset, and quite frankly I don't know how this was allowed to happen. Although I have not met you (in person),  many of us feel like we have because of your presence on all the video's and your authority on the forums. But over the years we have learned not only about your wealth of detailing knowledge, but also of your fondness for your German heritage, beer, baseball, family, etc.
 
All those attributes that you demonstrated at Adam's will serve you well where ever you find yourself. Once again, best of luck.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Its certainly been a fun run here and I've met a lot of great people, made a ton of connections, and shared some special times with people that I probably otherwise may have never met. Its weird how a little internet community has so dramatically changed my life and the people I'm connected to.
 
I'm more than confident that Nick and the team will carry the torch for me and keep this thing headed the right direction. Matt is going to expand his role here and become more than just our outgoing social media guy... look for these 2 to bridge the gap between our facebook/instagram and the forum and offer you guys even more interaction and fun going forward. They're two creative, friendly, and capable guys and I couldn't ask for better people to step into my role on the forums going forward.
 
Plan next hasn't really been nailed down just yet, but my availability has certainly drawn some attention... I'll be sure to update the team here on where I end up landing and they can pass that info on.

I, like many, wouldn't have known who Adam's was without Dylan, and that immaculate TBSS of his, way back in the day.
 
Dylan, I wish nothing but the best for you and your family going forward.  You really helped bring this company to a new level, that I don't think was attainable without you.

Dylan is a dynamic, hard working guy.  I believe he will do very well, no matter where he is.  That being said, I found him to be a great salesman and a great customer service rep for Adam's.  And he will be seriously missed on this forum.

I would be lying if your leaving doesn't make me wonder about the future of the forum...not many could diffuse a situation, or provide product expertise to people or add such a touch of humor to the forums that just made everyone feel comfortable. I'll miss ya man.

I am completely sold on all the Adam’s products using them on my classic cars, new cars and car trailer.    With the help of David Jothen of Pdx Car Culture, we have been helping many of our friends,  veterans, and  others just getting older, that are not able to do the fine polishing anymore.  We find doing Adam’s clay bar, Glaze and Americana Wax makes an old car gal look great again even though  many of the cars have older paint.  No matter the condition, they come out looking great.    Thank you for having awesome products, a super sales staff, knowledgeable tech support and a warehouse that’s always ready to fill my orders.   Gary Parham
