  1. Good humor, technique is key and the driver of the bad bow tie didn't have it.
  2. Great tip, I love this section as it helps to make my detailing more efficient.
  3. A thin layer is all you need, I have found it to soften up old leather nicely.
  4. Thanks for the tip, just need to post more I guess. I read a lot of posts, don't know enough to help much.
  5. I would say to keep the current lighter weight shirt, felt great first time on and looks to wash well too.
  6. I would say they are a true fit, my XL is exactly the size I would want it to be & received many compliments on the shirt. Will have to order a few more for car shows this summer, not ready to use it while I detail yet.
  7. I picked up a foam cannon from Hotsey, made in Italy, not the US, but not China either. Hope it warms up soon so I can give it a test. Pump saver is the ticket to keeping your PW working its best.
  8. Sweet Vette and setup, would love to have a lift available. I have the Flex on my wish list, maybe if I get it right on Mother's Day she will return the favor next month.
  9. No need, grab the kit and just refill, TID goes a long way so the gallon will last and last. Love having a nice non-shiny interior that smells clean & fresh.
  10. Looking forward to the gallon kit to try it out. The anti-static properties will be what makes it all worthwhile
  11. Looks great, wish the weather would cooperate so I can give the Patriot a try........i am so jeolous. The rumor is 70's this weekend so maybe spring has finally hit in MN, and I can try some of the new products I have been receiving.
  12. I would recommend using non-oxyginated premium fuel if you can get it, will run cooler with the higher octane & the alcohol in regular gas is hard on the fuel lines. The Sta-bil recommendation above is also key as it will keep the gas from going bad for about a year. Living in the warm climate you do there won't be much else to do other than if you use the chemical mixer to clean it after you use it. I keep a clean gallon jug to use to rinse the lines out. Have fun with the washer, you will find all kinds of uses you had never thought of.
  13. My fridge is for beer and Adam's wax, they are used together too
  14. Great ride, and looking forward to the side by side pics too.
  15. I have both and the caddy works fine if you add a pad to the top of the bucket, the rolling seat is much more comfy and the height is good for me. I use the rolling seat more often than the caddy for detailing, but use it for washing all the time. After reading some of the responses I am going to see how I can use the seat for sitting & MF storage and attach the caddy somehow for the product as I agree they tip over on the bottom shelf. Can't go wrong with either, but my experience the seat is the ticket, at $69 great deal.
  16. A little larger would be nice or maybe an option for 2 sizes. I have 2, one for my PC and the other has my sidekick and Vac N Blo with DS and Interior supplies. The only caution to making the bag bigger is then you can stuff too much in & it is less manageable. Hence 2 bags for the different use case.
  17. The sidekick works well to knock off most water and dry the wheels off then you only have a little towel dry to finish. I use the detail spray and great white to finish a wash so don't feel I need the extra power. I did pick up the jumbo vac n blo, it puts out a lot more air than the sidekick, but as I use the vacuum portion you need to take the time to change to a blower & make sure the air is clean it doesn't save much time over the sidekick. The jumbo rock as far as a vacuum goes, way better than any shop vac or coin operated car wash setup. If you only get one go dual purpose and if budget and space allow get both.
  18. Do you have any undercarriage spray? I use that on my RZR and it takes all the dirt off and leaves it looking like new.
  19. Thanks for the review and all the feedback, I agree the PC can vibrate the hands a bit much. Once it is approved & supported by the Adam's team it makes the tool box.
  20. I am up for a meet & class, interested in moving up from or adding a Flex to the toolbox. I live in Coon Rapids, not far from Zimmerman. Let me know if you pull it together.
