I know, I know... another "Adam's Customer Service Rocks" thread
 
After contacting Adams about a replacement backing plate, Matt Butcher had another sent out the same day with no hassle whatsoever.  I had a concern about how to finish my detailing session with my machine polishes on hand without the use of my polisher, and Dylan responded to my thread immediately as well as giving me advice on what the next best steps for me would be to complete the detail.
 
Adam, you and your staff are simply remarkable.  While I had been hesitant about pricing when I started using Adams products years ago, the quality and support is simply stellar.  There is nothing like the piece of mind knowing that if a product fails even years later, that you aren't dangling in the wind.
 
Again, I'm not into these "rah rah" type threads... but you all should be commended.  Thank you so much for all the support and advice over the years.

Just something I would like to share with the community. 
 
I emailed the sales/orders department asking a question about their Lifetime Guarantee. Within 2 minutes I got a response back from Mr. Matt Butcher. That is the fastest response time I got from a company. 
 
This past weekend I called a local popular detailing supply company and all I got was an answering machine. I sent an email to them but didn't get a response 2 days later. And yes I called them during their open business hours. 
 
Needless to say, I was very impress by the response time from Matt. I think next time I'm going to ask a tougher question.

I received my Labor Day order yesterday and upon opening the box I found two sprayers broken and in pieces laying in the bottom of a wash bucket. I took some pics and called the toll free line. Matt answered the phone and I told him my situation and he immediately shipped a pack of three sprayers out to me and I got the confirmation email while still on the phone with him. I have never had an issue with an Adams order ever and I was very pleased with the high level of customer service. I have talked on the phone to Ashley,Lynn, and Matt and they have all been amazing. Thank you Adam and your staff for going above and beyond and standing behind your products.

I placed an order during Labor Day special.  When the shipment arrived, my car wash buckets and wash pads were on back order.  Contacted Matt the next day and what do you know the items were already in route.  Items arrived on Friday just in time for me to get the wife's new car started off on the right foot.

Yesterday we upgraded the wifeys ride. Spent the weekend doing a full detail on the old 2008 Ford Taurus X. She looked amazing despite 100K on the clock!
 

 
We wanted a smaller SUV now that the parents are too old to visit anymore from Europe, and our daughter is out of the house. We ended up with a brand new 2013 Tiguan S TSI. Fun little car, drives like a Golf despite being an SUV and is considerably quicker than the Ford with it's turbo engine! 
Like I'm sure many of you have done, I asked the salesman NOT to wash the car. It had rained the day before and all the cars in their lot were covered with sand and pollen. You should have seen his face! I later saw him outside telling the cleaning guys about my unusual request with wild arm gestures
Anyway, here are a few close-up shots of how we drove her off the lot:

Also got my T-shirt and new small detailing bag.  The bag is really nice.  Gonna wait to try out the Patriot until after I use the new polishes on the car.  Gonna get out a few minor imperfections.

Friends, yet another meatball was born on Saturday at 8:25PM...and not a small one! 
 
My wife Melissa was amazing, and I was with her for the entire labor and birth.   She had a natural birth, no shots or drugs until after birth, when she wanted to double down on the pain killers!
 
God is good.  Thanks for your kind thoughts and words on our Facebook page.  I'm off to change another poopy diaper!
 

Might be a long post, so warning!  Its actually the first time I've ever waxed or polished a car.  For a beginner let me just say this was a breeze with these products.  If it weren't for the 90+ degree heat  and humidity it would have been even better.  I did an entire wash, claybar, sealant, brilliant glaze, americana....and cleaned the windows!  Looking back now it was probably a terrible idea to do that in one sitting in this heat.  I feel pretty bad now from the heat but slowly recovering.  I didn't do the wheels, Just couldn't do it today.
 
Adam's literally makes it so you can't fail at this....there's almost no way.  If you do then I don't know what to tell you.  Watch the videos and go to it, SO easy.  Having that visual guide is perfect.  I didn't have trouble removing any of the products, the towels and applicators are EXCELLENT, and every product except the glass sealant has a good smell lol.  Now its just a matter of keeping it up until I need to wax again down the line, easy!
 
I think the most trouble I had was having to fight the heat.  Caused me to do smaller areas and have to wipe it away quicker, and me being a beginner the pace was pretty rough.  Here in SC the products will haze up almost instantly.  Otherwise it was an excellent first experience for me.
 
After the wash and claybar when I put the quick sealant and brilliant glaze on I literally yelled "holy crap" because even though this is a brand new car I hadn't seen it like this before.
 
Just some notes about a few different things that maybe someone on the fence about ordering can see:
-Car wash shampoo - Love it.  Before on my old car I used some cheap brand from a big box store and it was always so rough on my hands and left terrible marks on my car from drying.  Adam's shampoo is amazing, my hands never turned to prunes, didn't dry them out, and the best part was I could let the shampoo dry on the car (inevitable here where I am) without being worried and it left no marks afterwards once rinsed off.
-Great White Towels - Used 1 to dry an entire Challenger, was a little damp afterwards and could of probably used 2 (I have 2) but these are great, where does the water go?!
-Single and Double soft towels - Had a bit of lent and fuzzies come off these but I attribute that to them being brand new.  No big deal or anything, I just know how some people are about that.  I would advise you to shake them out a little bit before use away from the car.  Otherwise MEGA soft good towels....I should have bought a few more.
-Detail spray - I bought the Essentials Detail Kit with a few other extras and I wish I bought some more detail spray.  The 16oz that comes in that kit doesn't last to long when using it to help before drying, claybar, and touch ups here and there.  Does a great job though, just wish the 36oz came in the kit instead because it seems this is going to be a product used often.  Perhaps that was just smart marketing by Adam's LOL
-Glass towels - I wish I had ordered a few more of these.  One of the best microfiber towels I've used, but doing all windows + sunroof it seems to get a little damp so another would have been useful.  I have High Def windows now though!
 
At any rate, I'm sold on Adam's stuff now.  Will be buying more.  I can finally look forward to washing the car.  If I wasn't so comfortable in this chair I'd take a picture

Thank you guys. Amazon has opened an investigation as well now after we provided them the details, so hopefully this will be the last of this lunatic, but you never know.

As you can see I took steel wool and wrote Adam's in the paint.
Using the New Adam's Two step Polish & MF pads,& the Flex I was able to remove  the scratches and  the Ad.
All this correcting & polishing was done in less than 10 min.

We love this forum! The raw feedback we get here and at shows/clinics helps us tweak even the small things to make sure we're delivering the most satisfaction to our customers. The 2 changes below are all thanks to your feedback and input:
 
DEEP WHEEL CLEANER IS NOW SHIPPING IN THE STANDARD 36oz BOTTLES
When we first launched DWC we figured we'd give it a different bottle from all the other products in our line to try out a new packaging. It would also avoid any possible confusion with the pink hue of the Detail Spray. Unfortunately the frosted HDPE plastic has a tendency to 'suck in' after altitude changes and thats almost a given with the fact we bottle at over 1 mile above sea level. 
 
We've moved the product back to the same clear plastic as the rest of the 36oz products. This material is more rigid and won't suck in like the other. We also backed the colorant out of the product slightly leaving everything else about the formula unchanged so it will be more 'clear' than opaque in the bottle, giving it a visual distinction from the Detail Spray. 

You may notice the labels are slightly different heights as we make the transition, new labels will be run soon to fit this bottle and the change will be complete. 
 

 
 
FOAMING SPRAYERS NO LONGER STANDARD
Both APC and Green Wheel Cleaner had been featuring our foaming spray heads for all sizes, but thanks to feedback provided here we have decided to go back to the standard sprayers for both. If you are a fan of foaming sprayers on your wheel and tire cleaners simply specify that in your order notes, but going forward the standard sprayers will be included. 
 
We are looking at some new hybrid sprayer options for later this year that might satisfy both the foaming and spray needs for all products. Stay tuned!
