  1. They are here at Carlisle too! But don't tell nick that either
  2. Dinner at Carbones - YUM!

  3. Ready for Carlisle!

  4. I'd go with the least aggressive method. If they are light scratches, try some revive on the scratches only. No need to do the whole hood.
  5. Eric is awesome to order from. That is a boatload of product though!
  6. My elevation is 692, I've had very minor sucking in, but never with gallons. I also save the plugs and prefer them.
  7. I agree. My Vette is black garage queen, so I use the finishing polish.
  8. On my wife's Camaro I tried the finishing polish, it wasn't cutting it (sorry for the pun) and then switched to the correcting polish. I didn't need to go back over it with the finishing polish, it was that nice! On my 'Vette, I like the finishing polish.
  9. The dealer knows not to wash my car. Well, when I show up, it is cleaner than anything they've seen. Them washing it would make it dirtier! You should hear the comments I get in the winter.
  10. Thanks for the input everyone. I have a huge supply of excess chemicals and towels, so I just need a bucket and some apps! Now, if I can find the buckets on the site....
  11. Yes, I flay my cars. It's an old Irish tradition dating back to the 1700s. (I'll look for some all propuse cleaner)
  12. Ok, so my future former boss (he has accepted another job, hasn't started) just got his wife a 2014 ACADIA (because that's what she wanted ) He asked me what to do to take care of it. He hasn't cared about his car before. I mentioned claying, two buckets, etc. What would you get him as a going away gift, as far as car care stuff? He will never get into polishing, a master blaster, or anything that hard-core. A 2 bucket wash is probably pushing it. Edit: claying, not flaying
  13. Looks good! Don't worry about the upside down pics, Australia can enjoy them!
  14. The proper order is: Paint, glass, wheels, garbage. Unless you drop it, then straight to garbage. You can probably get multiple uses on paint (provided you don't use it elsewhere), etc. Out of one piece.
  15. Well, if you glaze too much, you could go blind!
  16. I work for a competitor of LM, if you need any general questions answered, I'd be happy to help, but I don't know anyone there.

  18. Mike. I'm up here in Lake county (Mentor)
  19. Sorry, I already have one so I didn't go that far. But, that is great news that you have some!
  20. Grabiak still shows some of the compact ones in stock.
  21. Do you need to clay again? Do the Baggie test before claying again, if you don't need to clay you save a bunch of time.
