  1. Glad you're back. I was lonely.
  2. Always wash first. No need to dry before clay. You MAY need to wash again after clay - just to get the clay residue off. Or an isopropyl alcohol wipe might just do the trick. Polish then wax is correct. Take your time and enjoy it!
  3. You're gonna get about a 50/50 split on this oft-asked question. Best advise: Do it one way this time, the other way next time and YOU decide which you prefer.
  4. Looks like a normal website to me. In 1993.
  5. Just want to add my voice: I love the new forum. It's very nice. Works great on my PC and Kindle. Well done.
  6. I'm not in the NE but it DOES freeze here from time to time. I take the "creamy" products in the house for the winter (and the summer) as well as the waxes. I leave the liquid products in the garage and have never had a problem.

Can I set a signature for my posts? Can't seem to find the option....
  9. I'll give it a shot here.....
  10. Two coats of Paint Sealant is NOT necessary. The cure time is the time AFTER removal and before applying another product (or the same product again).
  11. I used the Trim Coating on my F150 months ago. The black plastic mirrors, door handles, bed rails and all other trim still looks FANTASTIC. Little Waterless Wash cleans them up with just a wipe. This is honestly the BEST solution.
  12. No! Don't do it! You car will burst into flames instantly!
  13. I have found that H2O effects the towels long-term much more than any other sealant or wax. Now, that you mention it, though, I do wash the towels used to remove Paint Sealant and Glass Selant with the towels used to apply and remove H2OGG. Wax, Glaze, Dry, Rinseless, Waterless, Glass cleaning, polish removal, etc. I wash all of these together and have not had any problems.
  14. I wash all of my good microfiber towels together - EXCEPT for those used in the application of H2OG&G. These I wash by themselves.
  15. I don't get to enter but I came up with the topic and I love these pics:
  16. I don't believe the sealants have any UV protection. But the sealants will keep it from oxidizing.
  17. I have had my grand daughter help me while detailing from time to time. Now that she has been responsible for cleaning the glass she is much more careful about putting her fingers on it. (Yes - I go back over it later when she's not around, She's only 7 and I don't expect perfection.)
  18. That's probably not a good idea. The sealant wouldn't play well with the tint and you'd still get fingerprints. Try using Brilliant Glaze. Makes the interior glass super slick so prints don't stick to it as well. You won't get as many prints and the ones you DO get will come off easier.
