  1. Brilliant Glaze works GREAT on the exterior glass. And it has some solvents in it that might help to remove the haze.
  2. Try some Brilliant Glaze if you have any.
  3. I just don't get the "detailing cart" thing. Do you really need to have everything you own within arms reach all the time? Maybe my garage is just a lot smaller than everyone else's....
  4. No one says you can't use Detail Spray on your interior.
  5. Here's what I do if a retailer offers a product that I'm not interested in: I don't buy it.
  6. No need to dry before claying. I would still use detail spray as a clay lubricant rather than soapy water (just a personal preference). No problem at all with going over the truck with Detail Spray after H2O GG. I find that a last Detail Spray application gives me a chance to go around the entire vehicle and remove any smudges and streaks that might have been left after the H2O application.
  7. I'd be willing to bet Boost will make the Trim Coating last even longer but it certainly isn't necessary.
  8. So.... If you ever replace one of those cars are you going to replace the deck to match? (That car goes THERE! THIS car goes HERE! Get it right!)
  9. Been about 8 months on my F150 and still looks great. Daily driver. Under a carport.
  10. Did you give it the "baggy test"? New cars almost ALWAYS need to be clayed. You don't want to coat over the rail dust that's on there.
  11. Years? Hopefully that's a typo.... Get it off right now. Scrape it off with a plastic blade if you have to. Use a polisher to correct any damage you may have caused. Do not leave that on your paint any longer.
  12. Problem is: Now your car smells like Easter Eggs.
  13. The sooner you address them the easier they will be to remove. Do it NOW!
  14. The problem with a Detailing Bible is that it's a moving target. Kinda like publishing the Holy Bible while Jesus was still walking around....
  15. Don't worry. The "feel" will catch up.
  16. One kit will probably be enough. I did an F150 and a Camaro with plenty left over. I could probably do one of them again.
  17. I have found that a quick glance at the label keeps this from happening.
  18. It's not hard. However - it's def easier to remove tape. Sometimes it can take a bit of scrubbing and it's tough to not effect the paint around the trim.
  19. I would leave the tape on. Since you've already done the work of taping no sense in adding more work after removing the tape. You may have to do a little touch-up after you do remove the Liq Paint Sealant and then the tape - just wipe down spots where you got a little sealant on the edge of the tape - but that is a very small thing....
  20. Full strength. No reason to dilute.
  21. I don't. I make sure to give them a good SNAP to get the loose fibers out.
