    I did a 2 step correction last year on our Camaro. There are some fine scratches that I want to get out with my PC and Adams Finishing Polish. Since I do not have a paint thickness gauge, I was wondering how many times I could use the PC with Finishing Polish before going through the clear coat?

    I just tried the rinseless wash this week. I was really impressed with it!

    Captain Slow, the new sealant has to haze before wiping it off. I was able to do the whole car and then come back and wipe it off.

    The temperature got up to 50 today so I took the opportunity to clean up our DD. First time I was able to wash by hand in 2 months. I just picked up some of the new Adams Liquid Paint Sealant yesterday so I tried it out. For only being 50 degrees it went on very easy and came off very easy. I then topped it with some Buttery Wax. More snow in the forecast for next week so it will not stay clean for long.

    Welcome! I really like those CTSV's. The videos are a great reference just follow them and you will be ok. Like Chris05GTO said you will need to use a machine to correct the scratches/swirls you have. I use a Porter Cable but the Flex or Cyclo are great as well. I have found that good technique in washing, drying, polishing, waxing, etc. is key in keeping scratches to a minimum.

    I agree with mattpiper. I did the Adam's two step correction back in July and it still looks like it did the day I did it. Csrt4 that is a good looking Challenger! This is ours back in July.

    I grew up on a farm and we had a "party line" with our neighbor. You never knew who was listening in. Getting milk in a glass bottle. A girl in her twenties where I work was given a check due to a payroll correction. She said, " What do I do with this?" She was never given a check to cash before.

    I just hand washed our DD Ford Focus today (36 degrees). I use a coin op that has a filtered rinse option, which is all I use. I use heavy duty rubber gloves so my hands do not freeze. I follow the same routine year round.

    I'm glad to hear she is ok and on her way to recovery. That is a scary thing to have happen no matter what time of the year it is. I work in an emergency room and was on duty during Christmas Eve/Christmas.
