  2. ...when you've been gone from home for a couple days and one of the first things you do is take a whiff of the DS or BSG...true story
  3. ORDERED! Thanks Adams team! Now my wife and I can argue over another purchase! Woo hoo!
  4. Are the badges going to be for sale also? lol...
  5. ...when you stop what you're doing to check what the daily special is...and then consider buying it even though, technically, you dont need it
  6. that's quite the history of sweet cars...that peanut butter interior is bad***
  7. Ok, Im going to ask what will most likely be a stupid question... If this gun can lay down the suds real thick and coat the car, and if the car is garage kept and more dusty than dirty, then why would I still need a bucket of suds? Why can't I just hose off the wash mitt every so often and keep working it with just the suds that are on the car??? It may be a stupid question, but I am trying to justify not having an Adams wash bucket...I just cant bring myself to buy a bucket via the internet and pay for shipping...
  8. Im all over it! Reserve one for me...And also reserve a spot in the dog house...Adam, any more products out of you and I'll have to start SLEEPING in my spotless truck
  9. Im constantly trying to improve my garage to the point that I can wash inside it. i have a drainage issue, so I have to use one of those water blade broom jobs to get the water out...that sucks. Then, I have finished walls and low ceilings, so it doesnt really allow me to blast with water...kinda a PITA. I want to start designing my dream garage and so I appreciate any help around features important to being able to wash inside...
  10. Welcome! You'll find tons of great people and advice here...also, get your CC ready...this stuff is so good its addictive!
  11. I just tried these pads a couple hours ago. They are awesome! Less like a sponge and more like that memory foam stuff. They are super soft and plush and they hold the VRT just right. The shape allows you get in that tight spot between the dash and windshield. It also allows you to get around the window without actually touching the glass with product...no need to re-do the windows if they're already done! Also, and this was my biggest concern going in, the pads leave just the right finish behind. Not too glossy and not too dull...I didnt have to go over the surfaces again with a towel to get some of gloss off...
  12. Is puke considered a bodily fluid? I have a coworker who is willing to drop some serious cash on someone who is willing to clean puke out of his Acura RSX...I wont touch it!
  13. wait, what am I missing here? are there some foam guns that require a pressure washer and some that do not?? I thought that they all did require a power washer.
  14. Wow! That's friggin terrible! I dont know why Im surprised, but still...that's horrible. Im glad I didnt see any more of this joker's videos. Also, I think he is the guy responsible for teaching the guys at dealerships how to wash cars...some real talent there! /sarcasm
  15. Much better than swiping qTips from a gyno! lol....jk, Cyclone.
  16. Adam hooked me up with a prototype bottle and its a must-have, IMO, for certain applications. For example, I like to coat my truck in DS after the wash and before I dry. doing this with the standard bottle took a while longer than I cared for and I had to pump the trigger tons of times. With this larger bottle, I can cover the entire double-cab truck in no time and get to drying. I have found that its not the best bottle for carrying around while you use the PC and only need an occasional hit of DS. But that's why I keep the regular sized bottles around... Anyway, the point is that the larger bottle is a great addition to my gear...love it.
  17. Rick, I wish I could share your enthusiasm. Spring in Oklahoma means tornado season and tornado season means large hail and debris-creating winds! Basically, winter here sucks (cold and ice storms), spring sucks (tornadoes and what not) and the summer is far too hot and humid. That leaves about 10 weeks a year where the weather supports car detailing and maintaining a great finish... Those courses in being more optimistic are working wonders for me
  18. Cool, happy to help. I have something like 100 invites to give. Im not sure why they do it that way, or if there is another way to get a GMail account, but Im happy to give these invites out. PM me with an email address for me to send the invite to.
  19. Looks good Adam! I'm more than likely going to order whatever brush(es) you add to your line. Im sick of my cheapo brushes...
  20. I wonder if someone with some camera skills could snap a pic of the powerstick while its rotating? That image would help ease my fears that there isnt enough fabric on those things...anyway, just a thought.
  21. Pending a true solution, I would recommend going with someone like GMail for email. All of my forum emails have made it through without issue. I have tons of invites for anyone interested...tons.
  22. The products all offer the perfect combination of high quality performance and simplicity. There aren't tons of colors and numbers or goofy systems to figure out. The detail spray is the best lube I've seen - I switched to Adams from Zymol and Zaino. The spray glaze works wonders on darks and glass. All in all, every single Adams product I have tried has greatly impressed me. It all started with the detail spray and hasnt ended yet... Add to all these great products a relentless commitment to customer service, and you have a top notch operation here...
