  1. Does anyone know where I can find replacement brushes for the original 15mm swirl killer? This is the polisher that does NOT have the two panels to that you can remove to service the brushes. I have asked Adam's and they don't carry them anymore. They sent me replacements but they are for the new swirl killer and are too large. In the pic you can see the original (worn) on the left and the new one (that's too large) on the right. Hoping someone may have an original and that they don't need. as a spare set. Thanks in advance!
  2. Hello all! Long time member, seldom poster! But I do have a question: I’ve been using the foam cannon with a 1800 psi pressure washer for the last 5+ years with tremendous results. Very very thick foam, great for little to no swirls. Recently though, I bought a new power washer, that is 3100 psi, and the amount of foam produced has gone down drastically. Is this from the additional pressure? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I’ve got the “knob” on the foamer turned up all the way, with no improvements. I’ve tried using a heavier soap mixture, also with no noticeable improvements... Attached are pics showing the old foam results compared to the latest. If you have any tips, please let me know! Thanks!
  3. Adam's new video on how to clean wheels & tires addresses this.
  4. True. Larry the Cable guy. (Can't find the pic right now). The next person is hosting a Fourth of July party.
  5. Any article on this? (ZR1) I thought I read that they'll only be coming out with a C7 Z06 that will have better numbers than the previous gen. ZR1.
  6. False. The next person has spent over $1k at www.adamspolishes.com
  7. Welcome from KS. So do you have a 5th gen Camaro, or are you just a member of said forum?
  8. Yeah, when he bought his he was contemplating between AWS and the bucket, but we have way more trees than we do reasons to need a bucket, so that made the decision! Ha - and really, it's not nearly as squirrelly as you think it'd be, he can still lay a nice straight mowing line. Good looking mower!
  9. Yes, Kooks long tube headers. From what I've read, the driver's side goes in easier from the bottom, but the passenger side can either go in from the bottom or the top... I guess we will see.. I'm a little nervous about it.. :/
  10. As many of the others have said... I got hooked on Adam's Polishes through Dylan, probably without his knowledge. His perfected black TBSS was a rolling advertisement, and I had to try it out... Good luck in your future endeavors, Dylan. I'm sure you'll do great, wherever life leads you.
  11. Thanks for the advice guys. I think I'll go the "tape" route, as it is something I have in house lol. Anybody ever have trouble removing the adhesive from the paint afterwards though?
  12. Agree on saving money... I have had limited experience with the flex, but my PC is more than capable of correcting GM clear coat. ESPECIALLY with the new microfiber pads.
  13. Hey guys. I have a black '06 TBSS, and will be installing headers, plugs & wires, and new stall converter in the next few weeks. The problem is I just finished a paint correction a few weeks ago. How do you guys prevent scratches when working on cars like this? Do you use tons of Adam's tape? Saran wrap? I can't imagine anyone with perfect or near perfect paint uses those "fender" covers you see around... OR, do you just leave it bare and come back and do a correction on just the fenders afterwards? Thanks in advance!
  14. My dad has got one quite similar... I think his is an early 2000's though, 425 with all wheel steer. Spec's on yours?
  15. Well if we're gonna do that... lol Freshly Adamized.
  16. Love the neighbor "Mine's next!" one... Sooo true.
  17. I've ridden Honda's my whole life until I bought my first sport quad last spring - a Yamaha YFZ450. As you know, what you want really depends on the style of riding you enjoy. My buddy has a Grizzly 700 and from a dead start he can keep up with my light 450 pretty easily. I've watched that same Grizzly and a RZR 800 go through mud holes and was surprised to see they both struggled and/or did equally well. I've driven a couple RZR's, my only complaint with them is the CVT. You give it the gas at any time, and it takes a while for the trans to spool up. I like instant GO
  18. Wow. What a deal. I'm thinking about this...
  19. Great looking SS Mook. Projectors are awesome at night and yours match perfect!
  20. What coin ops do you find open when it's below freezing? lol
  21. There's another thread on here about how much people have spent... Trust me, at $300 you're still just getting started. lol
  22. Nice job Andrew. Do you still use DWC on exhaust tips? Seemed like you did that during your clinic last spring.
  23. Can you show pics of your marring? I think I may have done the similar to mine. Thanks.
  24. Good looking Jeep. Where at in Kansas?
  25. I'm probably in for around 1600-1800, and I think I am fully stocked with product, except for the Master Blaster. God I want one of those.
